History

The Black Reaver Syndicate was born from the ashes of a group of battle-hardened veterans, disillusioned by years of serving in the military and the constraints of bureaucracy and laws that bound them. After countless operations, they grew tired of being pawns in the game of politics and power. They were no longer willing to follow orders dictated by outdated systems that sought to control and confine them.

The Catalyst:

Each member of the Syndicate had seen the horrors of war firsthand, witnessed the chaos and corruption that came with serving in conventional forces, and realized the systems they once swore allegiance to were not their allies. The Black Reavers were a loose group of soldiers, mercenaries, and outcasts who first came together during a covert operation gone wrong. When the operation was compromised, they were left to fend for themselves. There was no backup, no reinforcements. The higher-ups abandoned them.

They survived by their own means, using their training to fight back and claim freedom. The experience solidified their belief: true power and freedom can only be attained outside the reach of those in power.

The Rise:

Freed from the shackles of law and duty, the group began operating as a mercenary band, then as something much darker—pirates and smugglers. They carved a new path for themselves, utilizing their military training and discipline to become the most feared organization in the galaxy. The Black Reaver Syndicate was not just about money; it was about freedom. They became known for their brutal bunker raids, efficient high-risk bounty missions, and most infamously, their no-witness policy. The Black Reavers left a trail of destruction wherever they went, with no one ever left to tell the tale.

As their notoriety grew, so did their empire. They controlled black market arms, illegal drug trafficking, and smuggling operations that spanned across the stars. But it wasn’t just about the profit. The Syndicate’s true desire was to operate without the burden of laws or the morality that bound the rest of the universe. The Reavers were free—free to decide who lived and died, free to take what they wanted, and free from anyone who would dare to try to control them.

The Present:

Now, the Black Reaver Syndicate is a formidable force—feared by both law-abiding citizens and pirates alike. A band of veterans who no longer follow orders from governments or corporations, they operate by their own rules, with one guiding principle: survival, freedom, and profit.

Their operations are swift and violent, and they deal in blood, weapons, and contraband. Those who get in their way face swift and deadly retribution, and those who align with them are rewarded with wealth and protection. For the Black Reavers, there is no loyalty except to themselves.

Their name strikes fear into the hearts of their enemies. They do not ask for permission—they take what they want.

The Syndicate continues to expand, with no end in sight—its influence growing stronger with every mission, every bounty, and every raid. The old laws are nothing more than a distant memory. For the Black Reaver Syndicate, freedom comes at the cost of destruction, and they are willing to pay it.

Manifesto

We are the Black Reavers, a band of warriors, veterans, and outcasts, forged in the fires of war. We reject the laws of the corrupt and the weak. Freedom is our creed, and we claim it at any cost. The universe is ours for the taking, and we operate with one simple rule: survival of the fittest.

1. First Come, First Serve
In our Syndicate, opportunity is earned, not given. If you make the sale, you keep the money. Profit is the lifeblood of the Reavers, and it is earned through action. However, when the Syndicate needs to pool resources for a larger purpose—be it a raid, operation, or expansion—we take 20% of any earnings to ensure our growth and power. The rest is yours to do as you please.

2. Loyalty Through Profit
Our loyalty is not bound by blood, but by profit and power. As a Black Reaver, you are free to operate as you see fit—whether it be running drugs, smuggling contraband, or raiding bunkers. The Syndicate’s wealth is your wealth, as long as it aligns with our goals. Each individual is their own boss, but the strength of the whole relies on each member’s contributions.

3. Get-Togethers: A Call to War
When the Reaver calls for a gathering, it is not for relaxation, but for bloodshed and conquest. These “get-togethers” are not social events—they are opportunities for warbands to be formed and strike fear into the universe. Whether it’s pirating players, holding a strategic position, or eliminating targets, these meetings are about action. If you’re not ready for war, you’re not ready to be a Black Reaver.

4. No Mercy, No Witnesses
In the Black Reaver Syndicate, there are no second chances. Mercy is a weakness, and witnesses are liabilities. We leave no survivors—whether it’s a raid, a bounty, or a business deal. If you’re on our list, you will not see tomorrow. We are ghosts, shadows, and we operate with one purpose: to ensure our survival and dominance.

5. Freedom by Any Means
We are not constrained by the laws of the weak. We operate outside the rules, and we thrive by doing what others dare not. Smuggling, bunker raids, piracy, weapon deals—these are our trade. We claim what is ours through force, cunning, and strategy. Those who stand in our way will be crushed beneath our boot.

6. Strength in Unity, Power in Numbers
As Black Reavers, we operate independently but are stronger together. Our power lies in our unity, our ability to strike swiftly, decisively, and without hesitation. When the Syndicate calls for action, we stand as one—a unstoppable warband that cannot be broken. We take what we want, we defend what is ours, and we leave nothing behind.

Reaver’s Creed:
Survive. Conquer. Profit. Destroy.
We are the Black Reavers. We answer to no one. The universe is ours.

Charter

Respect the Chain of Command
While we operate as a collective of individuals, there is a hierarchy that must be respected. Leaders lead; those in specialty roles must ensure they perform their duties. Everyone has a role to play, and disobedience or insubordination is punishable. If you’re not willing to follow orders when it counts, don’t bother joining.

No Mercy for the Weak
Mercy is for the weak. If you’re told to eliminate a target, consider them already dead. If you’re on a raid, there will be no survivors. Witnesses are as good as targets. Anyone who hesitates is a liability. Strike hard. Strike fast.

Opportunism Above All
If you can profit or gain power from a situation, take it. Whether it’s a smuggling route, a bounty, or a targeted operation, do not hesitate to make your move. The Syndicate runs on profits, and profits are the only measure of success. First come, first serve—if you make the sale, the money is yours, with the exception of contributions for Syndicate operations.

Maintain Operational Security
The Syndicate’s strength lies in its secrecy and surprise. Don’t discuss operations or plans outside the group. Any leaks or unnecessary chatter will result in punishment. No one outside the Syndicate should know the details of our plans unless we choose to make it public.

Never Betray the Syndicate
Betrayal is the ultimate crime within the Syndicate. Those who sell us out, leak information, or act against the Syndicate’s interest will be dealt with swiftly and severely. Betrayal equals death.

No Friendships Beyond the Syndicate
We operate alone, but we stand together. Once you join the Syndicate, your allegiance is to the Reavers above all. Friendships and alliances outside the Syndicate are liabilities. You trust no one except your fellow Reavers.

Respect the Money, Respect the Mission
Whether it’s a raid, a bounty, or a smuggling run, don’t back out. Complete what you started, and make sure the payout is dealt with fairly. If a mission isn’t worth it, don’t waste the Syndicate’s time or resources. Failing a mission is a crime.

Don’t Get Caught
The law is our enemy. Prison is a weakness. Avoid capture at all costs. If you get caught, it’s your responsibility to get out—or face abandonment. We operate in the shadows, and we stay in the shadows.

Organize Your Own Profits, But Contribute When Needed
You are free to do what you want outside the Syndicate’s operations, but if the Syndicate is in need of resources for an operation, contribute. If the Syndicate needs to pool its funds for something significant (i.e., ship repairs, weapon stockpiles, etc.), there is a 20% share that will be taken from your personal earnings.

Loot and Pillage, But Be Smart
We are pirates at heart. Take what is yours and leave nothing behind. But don’t get greedy. Every operation is about profit and survival—overextending ourselves or leaving trails of destruction that bring the law on us is a mistake. Be tactical, be smart, and keep your eyes open for opportunities.

War Initiation and Responsibility
If you start a war with another organization, you are fully responsible for the consequences. If the Syndicate loses, you will be outcasted and hunted on sight. If you win, you will keep 45% of the profits from the conflict, with the remaining 55% going to the Syndicate. Choose your battles wisely—failure will have severe consequences.
