-Howler Legion is a PvX Organization that wants to help provide safety and security to fellow org members and players that do not want to engage in PvP. We range from hardcore to casual players and want to make a space for all types of players.

History Manifesto Charter

History

We started off as a band of misfits who grouped up in order to survive the streets of Newcastle on Borea (Magnus 2). At first there were only a few of us. We had to steal to survive. We were orphaned after the Vanduul took out most of our parents in the second attack on Vega. Their deaths helped the UEE win that battle. But we heard it was due to a piss poor leader that they died. So we do not trust the UEE Navy. We are trying to build something bigger than just militia. We are hoping to one day have the strength to take out the Vanduul, maybe even the UEE Navy if it comes to it. We were able to salvage up a few ships that were left around the abandoned Drake shipyard to help us get started. A few Buccaneers, a Cutter, and even a Cutlass Black and Red. We have found some more crew members in the first few months. We have used our small fleet to make a little bit of a name for ourselves taking out bunkers and pirates in the area. We have also made a name pirating. We have gotten a few ships that way: a Reclaimer to salvage, and a Mole for mining. The Reclaimer has been the best money maker for us so far, but we have had a few that have taken our Mole to try and strike it rich at asteroid farming. As the years passed we gained a few more ships that could actually take on the Vanduul. We found and are trying to repair an unfinished Kraken in the abandoned dockyards, and we successfully fought off and boarded a Polaris. We knew the Polaris would be our flagship for our fleet so we had to take it to Stanton to the New Babbage repair site for proper repairs. So we are bidding our time making money and building as big a fleet as we can to take on the Vanduul in the Oberon system.

-Howler Legion is a PVX Organization that wants to help provide safety and security to fellow org members and players that do not want to engage in PvP. We range from hardcore to casual players and want to make a space for all types of players. Short term we are here to form a group of players who want to actively engage in PvP and PVE combat gameplay. Our long term goals are to have a diverse player base that covers all aspects of gameplay. We also know the importance of all styles of gameplay with how the gameplay is developing. We are looking to be an org that fights and controls a system. This game will require teamwork from all styles of gameplay if you want to build empires.
-We are building the PvP side of the Org to help protect and be a resource to the players that want protection during their chosen gameplay and during the new events in game.
-We are building the Civilian side of the Org to help gather resources and material to fund and build bases and infrastructure.

We are looking to build an Empire to control one if not more systems in the game providing gameplay for all sorts of players.

Charter

General Rules
-Communicate only in English. This is for the sake of transparency and easier moderation.
-Read and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
-Avoid controversial and political discussions.
-Any kind of harassment or threats will not be tolerated.
-No one below a Howler can advertise for their social medias in chat
-No doxing (revealing any personal details) of any kind.
-No hate speech, racism, sexism, or any kind of offensive behavior.
-If you have a lot of background noise either mute when you are not talking or us push to talk, we don’t want to hear what you have going on outside the game.
-Inactive members may be kick from the org (members with no interaction with the discord over 6 month are subject to be kicked).
-Failure to comply with the rules will result in a series of actions taken against you by the owner or the moderators.
-We are looking for people who are a good fit personality wise for the rest of us. If you are not, no hard feelings.
-If an argument that feels like it is getting to heated hop into a channel with all parties and discuss it there further. No Server Muting/Roles Reduction without a conversation with Hegemon, Princseps Senatus, or Imperators.
