I. Organizational History

The DDG was founded by high-authority patrons who required surgical, untraceable solutions where conventional forces were too slow or politically restricted. The organization was built on a single, core mandate: Deliver the objective. The DDG immediately sourced specialists capable of terminal neutralization and high-value extraction, operating under a code of absolute certainty. The philosophy is one of brutal efficiency: apply maximum, decisive force only at the precise point of resistance. The Group exists solely to ensure the client’s Immediate Value is secured, maintaining a perfect record of non-attribution and mission finality.

Manifesto

The core principle is Control.

  1. Value is Absolute: All actions and assets are measured solely by the Immediate Value delivered to the client.
  2. Dynamics is Law: Adaptability and overwhelming speed dictate success. Failure to adapt is failure to execute.
  3. No Compromise: Personnel operate without ethical impedance. Sentiment is compromise, and compromise is failure.
  4. Targeted Brute Force: Neutralization demands absolute, verified elimination, achieved through the precise application of overwhelming force. The mission ends only when the target is confirmed inert.

Charter

The DDG Charter formally vests all power within the Executive tier, ensuring the seamless, unchallengeable operation of the Group across global jurisdictions.

  1. Sovereign Authority: The Director of Operations (Rk5) holds supreme and final authority over all mandates, assets, and personnel. All decisions issued from Rk5 are absolute and non-negotiable.
  2. Asset Designation: Combat personnel Rk0 and Rk1 are formally designated as Expedient Assets. Their preservation is secondary to the successful, timely delivery of the Mandate’s Immediate Value.
  3. Command Autonomy: Field command (Rk3 Action Leads and Rk2 Sector Chiefs) is granted full tactical latitude. On-site decisions supersede HQ intervention, provided the Mandate is not violated.
  4. Final Breach Sanction: All operational data and client identity are classified Critical. Any confirmed breach of this classification is deemed a capital offense against the Group. The sanction is immediate Terminal Action, executed by an assigned Rk4 asset without review or appeal.
