Corporate Charter of TNT Systems, Inc.
Article I: Name
The name of the corporation shall be TNT Systems, Inc.

Article II: Purpose
TNT Systems, Inc. is established to operate as a for-profit corporation with the following objectives:

Mining Operations: Conduct terrestrial and extraterrestrial mining, including the extraction of minerals from Earth, the Moon, asteroids, and other celestial bodies.

Security Services: Provide comprehensive security solutions encompassing physical security, cybersecurity, and asset protection for industrial and space-based operations.

Transportation and Logistics: Offer advanced transportation services, including heavy haul logistics, multimodal transport, and interplanetary cargo solutions.

Space Salvaging: Engage in the recovery, repurposing, and recycling of defunct satellites, spacecraft, and orbital debris to promote sustainable space operations.

This corporation is organized as a for-profit entity under the laws of the Stanton System.

A breach of the director’s duty of loyalty to the corporation or its shareholders;

Acts or omissions not in good faith or which involve intentional misconduct or a knowing violation of law;

A transaction from which the director received an improper benefit, whether or not the benefit resulted from an action taken within the scope of the director’s office;

An act or omission for which the liability of a director is expressly provided by statute.
