Bio
Founder – 77th Expeditionary Force
Former UEE Navy – Petty Officer, 2nd Class
Blake Monarch served as a field operative in the UEE Navy’s now-defunct 77th Expeditionary Force, a small, deep-space unit tasked with recon, extractions, and high-risk civilian support during the latter years of the Vanduul War. The unit was disbanded without ceremony—its operations buried, its members scattered.
Refusing to let the work die, Monarch reformed the 77th as a civilian expeditionary group, committed to the same ideals: protection without recognition, purpose without orders. Under his leadership, the 77th operates in frontier systems—taking on missions that blend mercenary precision with humanitarian intent.
Monarch is known for his sharp instincts, quiet integrity, and unwillingness to compromise on the 77th’s code. Though no longer in uniform, those who work with him say he never truly left the war—he just brought its values home with him.
“Fidelis in tenebris.”
Faithful in the dark.
