Bio
Norrin Raadd was born on Borea, capital of the Magnus System, in 2915. The child of two ship technicians attached to the UEE Naval Support Corps, Raadd’s upbringing was shaped by the clang of orbital docks and the smell of fusion coolant. He displayed early aptitude in mechanical systems and mathematics, often rebuilding discarded drone cores by age ten. In 2933, Raadd earned a scholarship to the University of Rhetor, majoring in Applied Quantum Mechanics and Systems Engineering. His senior thesis on shield array redundancies earned him recognition within UEE defense research circles, leading to a position at Consolidated Outland. Over sixteen years, Raadd advanced through Outland’s engineering division, leading a team responsible for high-efficiency power grid controllers used aboard UEE naval craft. His colleagues described him as “a systems architect who sees the ship as a living organism.”
