History
NEMEX Corporation
Founding & Early Role (Late 22nd Century – 25th Century)
NEMEX started as a UEE-aligned security contractor, providing private paramilitary forces to protect corporate terraforming operations in frontier systems.
Over time, their “security logistics” work evolved into quiet smuggling contracts, moving classified military tech and prototype pharmaceuticals between colonies.
NEMEX quickly earned a reputation: if you needed something dangerous, illegal, or destabilizing transported, NEMEX was the courier that never failed.
The Shadow PMC (26th–28th Century)
As traditional defense corps like Hurston Dynamics dominated legal weapons manufacturing, NEMEX carved its niche by supplying the unregulated and the prohibited.
Their PMC divisions specialized in:
Covert extractions of compromised assets.
Black ops raids against rival corporations.
Security escorts for illicit cargo runs.
This period saw the rise of the VITALIS Division, marketed as a trauma-response team for VIP clients but in reality functioning as a combat-medical PMC capable of rescuing or disappearing individuals with plausible deniability.
Stanton–Pyro Corridor Operations (29th Century – Present)
With the Pyro system’s collapse into outlaw dominance, NEMEX established itself as the premier smuggler of restricted biotech across the Stanton–Pyro corridor.
Key contraband includes:
Classified med-stims banned by the UEE for their mutation risks.
Experimental cybernetic grafts stripped from black-site labs.
Alien-derived biotech recovered from frontier ruins.
NEMEX’s PMC escorts these shipments with modified gunships and stealth haulers, equipped to fight off both pirate gangs and Advocacy patrols.
2955: Current Status
Public Face: NEMEX exists on paper as a “medical logistics and private security firm”, specializing in frontier healthcare support.
Reality: They are a PMC–smuggling syndicate, embedded in Stanton’s megacorp supply chains and entangled with Pyro’s outlaw factions.
Specialties in 2955:
Moving illegal pharmaceuticals from research stations in Stanton into Pyro markets.
Providing PMC escorts for crime syndicates, smugglers, and corrupt UEE officials.
Running deep black experiments in hidden Pyro facilities, beyond the reach of Advocacy oversight.
Rumors Circulating the Systems:
Some whisper that Overseer Prime (Null / Vael Thorne) still directs NEMEX from a hidden command site, steering the corp’s smuggling empire while maintaining its clean PMC front.
Others claim NEMEX has ties to XenoThreat or even manipulates the Pyro gangs, ensuring no one faction becomes strong enough to dominate their trade routes.
Advocacy files note “persistent anomalies” — operations shut down one week, reappearing under new shell companies the next, making NEMEX effectively unkillable in the shadows.

We are not bound by UEE decrees, Advocacy edicts, or the hollow moral codes of megacorporations that bleed systems dry.
We exist to deliver what others fear to touch:
Medicines outlawed for being too effective.
Enhancements denied to the public, reserved only for the elite.
Technologies abandoned because they threatened the balance of power.
If it sustains life, if it advances human strength, if it secures survival — NEMEX moves it, protects it, and controls it.

NEMEX CORPORATE CHARTER
I. Identity
NEMEX is a Private Military and Logistics Corporation, operating outside UEE law. Authority derives from force projection, secrecy, and survival.
II. Purpose
Deliver defense and PMC operations across frontier systems.
Conduct ground combat deployments and urban pacification.
Control transport, smuggling, and logistics along Stanton–Pyro and beyond.
Provide rapid medical extractions for clients and assets.
Pursue advanced biotech and cybernetic research to maintain superiority.
III. Command
Overseer Prime: Supreme authority, unseen.
Ascendant Agent: Executor and corporate voice.
All divisions report within this hierarchy.
IV. Divisions
AEGIS Division (Fleet Command)
Defense, interdiction, and air/space superiority operations. Maintains NEMEX’s strike wings and escort fleets.
ONYX Division (Ground Command)
Elite ground combat units for planetary operations, urban pacification, and covert raids.
OBSIDIAN Division (Transport Command)
Oversees logistics, convoy escort, and smuggling networks, ensuring high-value cargo flows between Stanton, Pyro, and beyond.
VITALIS Division (Medical Command)
Specialized in rapid extraction and trauma-response, providing covert rescue or disappearance services.
RAVEN Division (Acquisition Command)
Specializes in trade route interdiction and the acquisition of assets and items of value for NEMEX
