It is time to prepare for the next liberation of Stanton, XSOC is calling all humans to join us and rid the system of the Allien threat.
Xenothreat Special Operations Command (XSOC) – The Shadow of Resistance
Origins of Xenothreat and the Birth of XSOC
Xenothreat was born out of the shattered hopes of those who believed the United Empire of Earth (UEE) had failed its people. Former military officers, disgruntled citizens, and ex-Advocacy operatives formed the group in secret, rallying under a single mission: to bring down the corrupt regime of the UEE and restore true independence to humanity.
As Xenothreat grew in strength, it became apparent that conventional guerrilla tactics were not enough. The UEE Navy, with its overwhelming fleet, was difficult to challenge in direct confrontations. A new division was needed—one capable of striking deep behind enemy lines, dismantling infrastructure, and carrying out high-profile assassinations.
Thus, Xenothreat Special Operations Command (XSOC) was formed.
The Role of XSOC
XSOC was unlike any other division within Xenothreat. Comprised of defected UEE Navy operatives, elite mercenaries, and highly trained insurgents, they specialized in asymmetric warfare, infiltration, sabotage, and precision strikes. Their existence was unknown even to most within Xenothreat, and their missions left no traceable evidence.
Their motto: “No Shadows, No Chains.”
Notable Operations of XSOC
Operation Blackout (2946) – The Destruction of CommRelay 472
With the UEE’s relentless crackdown on Xenothreat communications, XSOC was assigned to disable CommRelay 472, a vital relay station linking Stanton to Terra. A four-man strike team infiltrated the station using stolen UEE credentials, disabling security systems and planting a quantum disruptor charge.
When the charge detonated, it triggered a cascading failure, blacking out UEE Navy communications in a ten-system radius for 48 hours. The chaos allowed Xenothreat fleets to conduct raids unchallenged, marking one of their most successful strategic victories.
Operation Phantom Knife (2948) – The Assassination of Admiral Reuben Starke
Admiral Reuben Starke was the mastermind behind the Pyro Blockade, which had effectively cut off Xenothreat supply lines. His removal was deemed critical.
XSOC deployed “Specter Team”, an elite unit disguised as civilian contractors, to infiltrate the Admiral’s security detail on Nova Kyiv Station. Using a combination of subterfuge and precision strikes, they eliminated his bodyguards, sabotaged the station’s life support, and executed Starke while broadcasting his final moments to all UEE military channels.
The assassination threw UEE forces into disarray, allowing Xenothreat to regain lost ground in the Pyro system.
Operation Hellstorm (2950) – The Siege of Jericho Station
In 2950, XSOC led the infamous Siege of Jericho Station, a key military outpost used by the UEE for staging operations in Stanton. Rather than a direct assault, XSOC conducted a multi-pronged attack, first by hacking into the station’s automated defense grid, turning its turrets against friendly UEE ships.
Then, sleeper agents within the UEE Navy sabotaged the station’s reactor coolant systems, forcing an evacuation. With the UEE distracted, Xenothreat’s main fleet moved in, capturing the station and securing valuable weapons and supplies.
The fall of Jericho Station marked one of Xenothreat’s most significant victories and demonstrated XSOC’s ability to cripple the UEE’s military infrastructure.
XSOC continues to operate in the void between systems, striking at the heart of UEE power with calculated precision. The UEE has officially denied their existence, but among military brass, “XSOC” is whispered like a ghost story—an invisible force lurking in the darkness, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
For Xenothreat, XSOC is the blade in the dark, the fire in the void, and the nightmare of the empire.
Their war is far from over.
Who’s asking?
