The void shows no mercy-and neither do we. We tear through warzones, strip wrecks bare, and carve our place from nothing. Weakness is a liability. Loyalty is survival. You don’t join WAINCORP to live. You join to outlast everything else.

History

Origins:
WAINCORP INDUSTRIES was born from the ashes of conflict, rising in the aftermath of an economic collapse. The organization emerged from a band of survivors who knew one simple truth: to thrive in the depths of space, weakness was death. What started as a small group of mercenaries, scavengers, and engineers quickly transformed into a powerful industrial conglomerate. Through sheer force of will, WAINCORP built an empire by exploiting the chaos of the ‘verse, taking control of everything from salvage to mining, military contracts to construction.

Expansion:
WAINCORP expanded rapidly, carving out a brutal reputation as both an industrial titan and an unrelenting military force. As corporate warlords, they didn’t just take assets—they took entire systems. Through coercion, strength, and efficiency, they crushed competitors and absorbed them into their ranks. WAINCORP is a name that inspires fear in the weak and respect in the strong.

The Present:
Now, WAINCORP is a vast, highly organized machine, controlling vast sectors of the galaxy’s most profitable industries. They specialize in the merciless extraction of resources, from mining to salvaging wreckage, all while maintaining a private army to enforce their will. They understand that in the lawless void, only the ruthless survive. Loyalty and strength are the only currencies that matter.

Manifesto

Survival of the Fittest:
In the harsh, unforgiving expanse of space, there is no room for weakness. WAINCORP does not coddle its members; it molds them into survivors. Only those who can adapt, fight, and endure will make it. Those who falter are discarded, and their place is taken by someone more capable. Survival is not a privilege—it’s a duty.

The Strong Rule:
WAINCORP believes in one simple truth: power is taken, not given. Strength, intelligence, and cunning are the pillars of success. Every operation, every mission, is an opportunity to dominate. From the frontlines of combat to the heart of the corporation, only the strong will lead. The weak are tools, to be used and discarded.

No Boundaries, No Limits:
WAINCORP is not bound by moral codes or outdated laws. We operate in every frontier—battlefields, mining fields, wreckage zones. No industry is off-limits, no opportunity ignored. If there’s profit to be made, we take it. If there’s power to be seized, we claim it. And if there’s a competitor in the way, we crush them.

Loyalty is Power:
Loyalty within WAINCORP is demanded, not earned. The corporation is a family bound by a singular purpose: survival and conquest. Those who remain loyal to the cause will be rewarded with power, wealth, and influence. Betrayal is punishable by death. Trust is not given freely, but once it’s earned, it’s unbreakable.

Charter

Adapt or Die:
Flexibility is survival. The ‘verse doesn’t care about your past—only your ability to survive. If you can’t adapt, you won’t last. Every member is expected to grow, learn, and evolve as circumstances dictate. Fail to do so, and you’ll be left behind.

Strength Above All Else:
Power is the currency in WAINCORP. Every member must be strong—whether in combat, intellect, or industry. Weakness is tolerated only for so long before it becomes a liability. Strength, in all its forms, is rewarded.

Loyalty is Mandatory:
Loyalty to WAINCORP is absolute. Betrayal will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Those who betray the corporation are eliminated swiftly and without mercy. This is a family, and any threat to its unity will be eradicated.

Take What You Need:
Resources are not handed to you—they are taken. WAINCORP members are expected to secure what they need by any means necessary. If you’re not securing resources, you’re not contributing. Failure to gather, mine, or scavenge for the greater good is treasonous.

Respect the Chain of Command:
Order is maintained through strength. Every member must respect the hierarchy of WAINCORP. Leadership is earned by strength, competence, and results. Disrespect towards superior officers or leaders is punished with immediate consequences.

The Mission Comes First:
No personal interests or ambitions take priority over the corporation’s objectives. The success of the mission is paramount. Sacrifice is expected when it serves the greater good of WAINCORP’s survival and expansion.

No Weak Links:
Each member is responsible for their survival and success. If you’re not pulling your weight, you’re a liability. Failure to contribute effectively means you’re out. There are no second chances. WAINCORP’s survival depends on the strength of the entire group.

Win at All Costs, Make that Chedda:
Whether it’s a battle or an industrial operation, winning is the only option. If you’re not willing to do what it takes—no matter how brutal or unethical—it’s time to leave. The only rule is victory, and those who stand in our way will be crushed.
