History

  • 2108 August 19th – The Umbra Company (T.U.C.), is founded by Eleanor U. Hay in Sol, Earth, Canada.
  • 2110 November 12th – T.U.C. expands down into the all of North America.
  • 2113 April 22nd – T.U.C. takes great interest in Roberts Space Industries and their terraforming technology and the potential expansion for Umbra.
  • 2128 January 1st – T.U.C. celebrates the new year with fully expanding around the entire earth.
  • 2120 T.U.C. successfully purchases and launches a prob to observe the terraforming project on Mars.
  • 2125 **04:42 EST* – T.U.C. learns about the Mars Tragedy and begins planning on fail-safes incase T.U.C. ever encounters a tragedy.
  • 2130 April 2nd – Umbra halts all plans for exploration of the stars and focuses on helping Earth.
  • 2131 September 20th – New plans for a interstellar expansion are brought to Eleanor U. Hay, and the design and goal of Umbra is questioned.
  • 2144 July 30th – The founder of T.U.C. falls ill as the company rushes to find a cure or a way to preserve her life.
  • 2144 December 27th – An experiment treatment is created and used on the founder, causing her life to be sustained and able to be preserved for an extended period of time.
  • 2150 January 5th – The Umbra Company ends all projects and work until the founder can be returned to their full prime.
  • 2150-2468 The Umbra Company slowly shuts down and lacks a fail-safe to help aid them.
  • 2469 The Umbra Corporation returns and begins phase 1 of the Phoenix Project.
  • 2493 The Umbra Corporation visits the Pyro system via a small deal with Pyrotechnic Amalgamated for the possibility of a place to call home.
  • 2500 Umbra starts looking for ship manufacturers for personal use.
  • 2533 Umbra begins the start of phase 2 of the Phoenix Project.
  • 2950 The founder returns to claim her seat as empress of the Umbra Corporation and states that there will be a day where Umbra is the UEE’s greatest assets.
  • 2951 Umbra moves all assets to New Babbage on Microtech, a planet in the Stanton system.
  • 2952 Umbra starts stabilize and prepare for expansion.
  • 2954
    Umbra begins to help aid the system the best it can.
  • 2955 September 25th – Umbra start the final phase of Project Phoenix.
