History
The UEE Navy 17th Expeditionary Fleet was established in the aftermath of the Vanduul incursions, as the United Empire of Earth (UEE) recognized the need for a versatile and highly mobile force to secure vital trade routes and protect core systems. Assigned to the bustling and economically critical Stanton system, the 17th Fleet quickly gained recognition for its ability to adapt to a wide range of missions, from rapid response operations to deep-space expeditions.
Originally tasked with safeguarding Stanton’s corporate interests, the fleet expanded its scope to include frontier exploration and inter-system conflict resolution. With its flagship, the UEES Resolute, leading the charge, the 17th Fleet became a symbol of UEE strength and unity, projecting power and maintaining stability wherever it deployed.

Charter
The UEE Navy 17th Expeditionary Fleet operates under a strict code of conduct to ensure unity, professionalism, and the effective fulfillment of its mission. Members of the fleet are bound by the following rules and expectations:
1. Loyalty to the Fleet and the UEE
Members must uphold the interests and ideals of the United Empire of Earth (UEE) at all times.
Betrayal, insubordination, or aiding enemies of the Empire will result in immediate expulsion and potential further action.
2. Duty and Discipline
Follow orders from commanding officers and respect the established chain of command.
Carry out assigned tasks with precision, dedication, and professionalism.
Maintain discipline and focus, whether in combat, exploration, or support operations.
3. Respect and Camaraderie
Treat fellow members and allies with respect, fostering a spirit of collaboration and unity.
Resolve conflicts internally and professionally to maintain harmony within the fleet.
4. Conduct in the Field
Engage in combat with honor and adhere to the fleet’s rules of engagement.
Avoid unnecessary civilian casualties and collateral damage during operations.
Report all mission-critical information promptly to fleet command.
5. Preparedness and Excellence
Maintain your ship, gear, and skills to fleet standards.
Attend mandatory training exercises and fleet briefings to ensure operational readiness.
6. Representation of the Fleet
Members are ambassadors of the 17th Expeditionary Fleet and the UEE. Conduct yourself with integrity both within and outside of fleet operations.
Unauthorized use of fleet resources or impersonation of command staff is prohibited.

Violations and Enforcement
