History
Trinsic Yield started out from an investment in some land claims with no plan other than future property flipping.
In late 2947, the UEE loosened up on land claim ownership rules that largely kept the small, independent spacefarer on the outside, looking in at celestial profit making enjoyed by large corporations.
2947.December: Estate and parcel claims were purchased, during the brief limited time period.
2948: It was decided to forego property flipping and develop the properties to rent out industrial space. HaulHaus, GmbH was born.
HaulHaus, GmbH decided to add resource gathering and trading to its repertoire. With this decision came a name change. On 54.06.20, HaulHaus officially became known as Trinsic Yield.
Manifesto
Trinsic Yield plans to assist in the buildout of multi-use outposts from various types of small to medium sized structures. They will be used to assist in resources extraction as well as become supply depots for various exploration operations.
We are mainly a mining corporation, but do trade in consumables necessary for daily outpost operation.
We are operating out of Bloom, Pyro Sys. for the foreseeable future, but expect to operate out of the Bremen Sys. eventually.
