“No job too dirty, no line uncrossed – Task Force 33 delivers.”
Task Force 33 traces its roots to the turbulent late-29th century, a period marked by escalating conflicts and shifting allegiances across the UEE frontier. Originally formed by a cadre of disillusioned veterans and skilled freelancers, the group banded together in the aftermath of a disastrous UEE operation in the Ferron system. Disenchanted by the bureaucracy and corruption within official channels, these operatives forged their own path, offering their expertise to the highest bidder and those desperate enough to seek help outside the law.
Throughout the early 2900s, Task Force 33 built its reputation as a formidable mercenary outfit. Their operations ranged from high-risk security contracts and bounty hunting to covert extractions and sabotage missions. Unlike more traditional private military companies, Task Force 33 was never shy about working in the grey areas of the law. Their willingness to take on jobs that skirted the edges of legality – smuggling, black market deals, and the occasional targeted heist – earned them both notoriety and a steady stream of clients from the criminal underworld and desperate corporations alike.
As the group’s influence grew, Task Force 33 adopted a decentralized cell structure, inspired by notorious syndicates like the Otoni Group. This allowed them to evade law enforcement and rival organizations, operating independently across key systems such as Croshaw, Ferron, and the ever-chaotic Pyro. Their adaptability and ruthlessness made them a sought-after force for both legitimate and illicit contracts, blurring the line between mercenary and outlaw.
Today, Task Force 33 stands as a shadowy power in the Star Citizen universe – a mercenary organization with a reputation for getting the job done, no matter the cost. Their ranks are filled with veterans, outcasts, and those willing to do what others won’t. While some see them as criminals, others know them as the only hope in a lawless sector. Whether hired for protection, enforcement, or more clandestine jobs, Task Force 33’s legacy is one of survival, adaptability, and a willingness to operate where others fear to tread.
We are Task Force 33 – mercenaries, outcasts, and survivors forged in the fires of conflict and betrayal. We answer to no government, no corporation, and no code but our own. Born from the ashes of failed promises and bureaucratic lies, we carved our own path in the void, taking the jobs others fear to touch.
We believe that in a universe ruled by greed and corruption, survival demands adaptability and strength. We do what needs to be done-whether that means defending the defenseless, hunting the hunted, or bending the law when the law itself is broken.
We are not heroes. We are not villains. We are professionals. We take pride in our work, loyalty to our own, and the reputation we’ve built in the shadows and on the front lines. Our clients know: when Task Force 33 is on the job, it gets done – no matter the cost.
