“Don’t know where to start? Start with us.”
No pressure. No rules. Just a solid crew helping each other learn, fly, and thrive in the ‘verse. New or veteran, lawful or not—you’ve got a place here. Fly your way. Never alone. You in?
Founded in 2949, in the wake of the XenoThreat resurgence and growing unrest in Stanton, The StratoSyndicate was never meant to be an organization—it was a reaction.
Disillusioned UEE vets. Smugglers caught between cartels. Refugees from failed outposts. Civilians abandoned in corporate crossfire. One by one, they started helping each other survive—not out of duty, but because no one else would.
It started small—covert comm relays, emergency escort runs, basic flight training in junked-out Cutlasses. But word spread. And in the chaos after the 2950 Siege of Orison, the Syndicate became something more: a safe harbor with teeth.
Now, we operate across multiple systems, balancing trade, combat support, salvage, and survival ops. Some fly lawful. Some fly grey. All fly together.
No rigid ranks. No demands. Just this: help your crew, help the lost, and don’t let the ‘verse chew up the next rookie who stumbles out of a hangar without a clue.
Born in chaos. Built on loyalty. Ready for whatever comes next.
We are not your overlords. We are not your saviors.
We are the voice on comms when everything goes dark.
We are the ones who show up.
The ‘verse doesn’t care who you are. It will strip you down, beat you bloody, and leave you drifting if you don’t know the game—or worse, trust the wrong people.
That’s why we exist.
We don’t recruit for ranks. We don’t worship credits.
We value loyalty, initiative, and heart.
We take in the green, the lost, the lone-wolf, and the misfit.
We teach them to fly, to fight, to thrive—and most of all, to stand with a crew that gives a damn.
You don’t have to be the best.
You just have to have your crew’s back.
We walk both sides of the line: lawful, unlawful, wherever the mission takes us.
But our core never wavers.
Help each other. Learn the ‘verse. Never fly alone.
No empire owns us. No syndicate commands us.
We are the Syndicate.
The StratoSyndicate Charter
Established 2949 — Stanton System
I. Purpose
The StratoSyndicate exists to support its members in all aspects of life in the ‘verse. We stand for freedom, crew loyalty, and mutual aid—whether you’re hauling cargo, flying cover, or finding your first jump point.
II. Core Principles
1. Help Your Own
Syndicate looks after Syndicate. No member flies solo when it counts.
2. Fly Free
There are no forced roles or required playstyles. You choose your path—we’ve got your six.
3. Support New Pilots
Everyone starts somewhere. We pass on what we’ve learned to help others thrive.
4. Respect the Crew
We don’t do ego, power trips, or drama. Everyone earns their place by how they treat others.
5. Operate Smart
Whether you fly lawful or grey, act with purpose. Reckless actions that endanger the crew won’t fly.
III. Structure
Loose Command: No mandatory ranks. Veteran members may take point during ops, but respect and experience carry more weight than titles.
Voluntary Roles: Members can run logistics, training, security, or outreach—but no one’s forced into anything.
Consensus-Based Decisions: Big moves (alliances, territory, conflict) are discussed openly with senior members and crew consensus.
IV. Membership
Open to all skill levels.
No pledges, no activity quotas.
Drama, toxicity, and betrayal = immediate ejection.
V. Diplomacy & Operations
Neutral Leaning: We help where needed, but don’t bend the knee.
Adaptive Operations: Trade, bounty, recon, rescue, combat support—whatever the situation calls for.
No Open Hostility unless provoked or protecting crew.
VI. Our Word
When we say “we’ve got your back,” we mean it.
When you fly with the Syndicate, you fly with family.
