History
Starlight Consortium was created as a way to connect likeminded explorers of the verse by our humble board of directors. Our corporation started as a four person venture with the goal of experiencing all the wonders of the verse that we inhabit. We have always felt like our group could be something bigger, and so the corporation was created. Our organization was birthed on the transport shuttle to the Lazarus facility, realizing how much better it would all be if we found likeminded individuals to share our experiences with. With this simple history in mind we welcome YOU to join our project to truly elevate the joint experience of the verse.
Manifesto
Our goals as an organization are the following:
-Growing a tight knit casual community
-To tackle all elements of the verse new and old
-To welcome every manner of player. Casual or hardcore, newbie or veteran, hauler or pirate, trader or mercenary. Everyone is welcome in our ranks
-To accumulate wealth and prosperity to share within the organization itself.
We are going to evolve as the game takes form. We have plans of long term base building, community events, joint operations with our allied organizations and more to come. If joining a smaller, but more personal community sounds like your thing, consider joining up!
Charter
ORG RULES AND GUIDELINES
1. Leave real life politics out of the discussion. As a game community we will have people from every end of the political compass. To ensure a positive and drama free space for everyone involved, please refrain from any and all political discussion with your orgmates in public channels
2. Respect your orgmates. Even with a corporate ladder involved, we expect EVERY member to treat and to be treated with an equal amount of respect regardless of role, rank or affiliation.
3. Zero tolerance for any form of hateful conduct including (but not limited to) Racism, sexism, transphobia or homophobia.
4. Don’t make yourself look like a dunce in global chat in game. Basic banter is fine, but don’t go flinging shit at everyone you kill or fight in game especially on org operations.
