Das 43rd Star Corps ist eine zivile paramilitärische Organisation, welche innerhalb der Richtlinien und Regeln der United Empire of Earth agiert. Ihr Ziel ist es, auf Gefahren und Notrufe innerhalb und außerhalb der Grenzen der UEE zu reagieren und diese mit angemessenen Mitteln zu bewältigen, sowie die Erkundung neuer Gebiete und Unterhaltung einer eigenen Raumflotte und Bodeneinsatzgruppe.

Hierzu widmet sich das Star Corps primär, jedoch nicht ausschließlich, den folgenden Aufgabenbereichen:

Sicherheit

Durch den andauernden Konflikt mit den Vanduul und die stetig ansteigende Piraterie im Gebiet der UEE sind bewaffnete Auseinandersetzungen keine Seltenheit mehr. Das oberste Gebot des 43rd Star Corps ist der Schutz jener, die sich nicht selbst verteidigen können. Hierzu sieht das SC43 es als Aufgabe an, auf alle Notrufe angemessen zu antworten und medizinische, technische und militärische Unterstützung zu leisten, sowie allgemeine Sicherheit durch Eskorten, Patrouillen und paramilitärischen Operationen zu gewährleisten.
Zusätzlich ist die Unterstützung lokaler Sicherheitskräfte (z.B. der CDF) durch Einheiten des SC43 keine Seltenheit.

Erkundung und Erforschung

Das Territorium der UEE ist riesig – weshalb ein weiterer Standpfeiler des SC43 die Erkundung und Erforschung neuer Gebiete ist, um neue Welten zu katalogisieren, Ressourcenquellen zu vermerken und das Wissen der UEE zu fördern.
Aufklärungseinsätze und begrenzte Forschungseinsätze gehören ebenfalls zum Aufgabenspektrum des Star Corps.

Logistik

Die Unterhaltung der Raumflotte des SC43 benötigt viele Ressourcen und eine finanzielle Grundlage, welche in Form einer ausgedehnten Logistikoperation geschaffen werden soll. Hierzu zählt der Transport von Gütern und Mining zur Generierung von UEC, die Beschaffung von Einsatzmaterial und die Wartung der Schiffe des Korps, um stetige Einsatzbereitschaft zu gewährleisten.

Das 43rd Star Corps stellt eine offene und flexible Gruppe von Mitgliedern dar, welche alle in diversen Einsatzbereichen geschult sind. In alltäglichen Aktivitäten steht es jedem frei, jeder Tätigkeit nachzugehen, sofern hierbei nicht die Erlebnisse anderer negativ beeinflusst werden (z.B. Griefing). Wir bieten regelmäßig kleine Trainingseinheiten an, um die Fähigkeiten aller gemeinsam zu fördern – wobei die Teilnahme an diesen Einheiten KEINE Pflicht ist. Die generelle Atmosphäre der SC43 ist entspannt, humorvoll und locker. Mitglieder der Organisation können an allen Trainingseinheiten verschiedenster Aspekte teilnehmen – sei es Medical, Salvage, Mining oder Combat.

Das SC43 ist eine zivile Organisation, weshalb Uniformen im alltäglichen Leben im Verse nicht notwendig sind.

Zur Zeit ist das 43rd Star Corps auf der Station CRU-L1 – Ambitious Dream Station im Stanton System angesiedelt, welche unsere primäre Operationsbasis darstellt und daher einen Großteil unserer Ressourcen und Flotte beherbergt.

Die Taktische Division:

Für alle Mitglieder, die jedoch gern auch ihre Fähigkeiten im Kampf (vor allem PvP) weiter schulen möchten, festere und militärischere Strukturen begrüßen und nicht vor einem festen Uniformcode und dem Einhalten einer Kommandokette zurückschrecken, steht der Beitritt zur taktischen Division offen! Konzipiert als Spezialeinheit für die härtesten Einsätze ist das Ziel der Taktischen Division eine Gruppe an Spielern zu schaffen, welche hoch koordiniert und effektiv vorgehen können. Es ist allen Spielern möglich, an Trainingsabenden dieser Einheit teilzunehmen, um zu sehen ob die militärischere Atmosphäre etwas für einen ist.

Unser Rangsystem:

Als paramilitärische Organisation nutzt das 43rd Star Corps eine Rangstruktur, um eine feste Kommandokette zu besitzen. Während diese Rangstruktur in den üblichen, täglichen Aktivitäten nur eine sekundäre Rolle spielt, ist es von Vorteil in Not- und Ernstfällen eine bekannte Hierarchie zu besitzen, auf welche man zurückfallen kann.

Our organizational parameters:

The 43rd Star Corps is a civilian paramilitary organization operating within the policies and regulations of the United Empire of Earth. Their goal is to respond to threats and distress calls inside and outside the UEE’s borders and to deal with them by appropriate means, as well as to explore new areas and maintain their own fleet and ground task force.

Therefore, the Star Corps is primarily, but not exclusively, dedicated to the following areas of operation:

Security

Due to the ongoing conflict with the Vanduul and the steadily increasing piracy in UEE territory, armed conflicts are no longer uncommon. The top priority of the 43rd Star Corps is protecting those who cannot defend themselves. To this end, the SC43 sees it as its task to respond appropriately to all emergency calls and to provide medical, technical and military support, as well as to ensure general security through escorts, patrols and paramilitary operations.

In addition, the support of local security forces (e.g. the CDF) by units of the SC43 is not uncommon.

Exploration

The territory of the UEE is vast – which is why another mainstay of the SC43 is exploring and researching new areas to catalog new worlds, note sources of resources and further the knowledge of the UEE.

Recon missions and limited research missions are also part of the Star Corps’ range of tasks.

Logstics

The maintenance of the SC43 fleet requires many resources and a financial basis, which is to be established in the form of an extensive logistics operation. This includes transporting goods and mining to generate UEC, procuring operational supplies, and maintaining the Corps’ ships to ensure continued operational readiness.

The 43rd Star Corps has an open and flexible group of members, capable of undertaking almost every operation. Every member is free to follow activities of their choosing in day to day activities as long as it doesn’t negatively impact the gameplay of other people (for example: griefing). We regularly have training sessions to further our skills, but attendance is NOT mandatory. Our training evenings range from topics like medical, Salvage and mining to combat specific scenarios. We heavily rely on a relaxed, humorous and friendly atmosphere in our community.

The SC43 is a civilian organization, which means that uniforms are not mandatory in day to day operations.
The Star Corps is currently using the station CRU-L1- Ambitious Dream Station in the Stanton-system as our primary base of operation. Most of our resources and our fleet is situated there.

Tactical Division

Every member that wants to further their combat skills (pvp focused), that wants a more military structure and doesn’t shy away from wearing a specific uniform, is offered the possibility of joining our tactical division! The goal of this division is to create a highly organized and coordinated unit of special forces capable of undertaking the most dangerous missions. For this reason, the tactical division has regular training evenings. Every member of SC43 can partake in these training sessions to see if they enjoy the military atmosphere.

Rank system

As a paramilitary organization, the 43rd Star Corps is using a rank system to establish a command hierarchy. These ranks are usually only of secondary importance in day to day gameplay, but help us coordinating in in emergency situations.

Unsere Regeln:

1. Das Zusammenspiel, der Spaß am Spiel und das immersive Erlebnis in Star Citizen stehen für uns an erster Stelle.
1.1 Respektvoller Umgang mit den Spielern innerhalb und außerhalb der Organisation ist Pflicht.
1.2 Aktivitäten/Handlungen und Aussagen, die das Spielerlebnis von Star Citizen für andere Spieler negativ beeinträchtigen (Hate Speech, Trolling, grundloses Griefing, etc) sind untersagt.

2. Der Beitritt auf unseren Discord Server ist verpflichtend. Regelmäßige Anwesenheit ist erwünscht, jedoch keine Pflicht. Der Discord Server ist unser Standardmedium zum Transfer von Informationen und sollte daher von Zeit zu Zeit besichtigt werden.
2.1 Ein funktionierendes Mikrofon ist zur Teilnahme an Organisationsaktivitäten verpflichtend.
2.2 Es wird erwartet, im Discord entsprechende Umgebungsgeräusche (laute Hintergrundmusik, Essensgeräusche, übermäßiges Tippen, etc) einzuschränken oder für die Dauer solcher Geräusche das Mikrofon zu deaktivieren.

3. Respektvoller Umgang ist der Standpfeiler unserer Community.
3.1 Unser Humor kann von Zeit zu Zeit rau sein. Viele von uns kennen sich seit langem. Es ist die Aufgabe von jedem zu wissen, welche Witze man mit manchen Leuten machen kann und welche nicht – sowie zu wissen, dass niemand hier andere Leute wirklich persönlich angreifen will. Humor ist genau das: Humor.
3.2 Kein Mensch ist perfekt. Manchmal können Worte ungewollt verletzen, manchmal stimmt die Chemie zwischen zwei Leuten nicht. Wir erwarten in diesen Fällen, dass die beteiligten Parteien erwachsen genug sind, Probleme anzusprechen anstatt sie totzuschweigen. Sollte das direkte Konfrontieren nicht möglich sein, ist es stets möglich die Organisationsführung als Mediatoren in solche Probleme mit einzubeziehen.
3.3 Sowohl das 43rd Star Corps, als auch die 43rd Fleet Community als Ganzes toleriert weder Hate Speech, noch Menschenfeindlichkeit oder andere Rechte Ideologien und behält sich Schritte vor, entsprechende Elemente aus der Community zu entfernen.

Our Rules:

1. The interaction as a team, the joy of experiencing the game and having an immersive adventure are our topmost priorities in Star Citizen.
1.1 Facing each other in a respectful manner is mandatory, between organization members as well as in contact with external players.
1.2 All actions and statements that negatively affect the Star Citizen gaming experience for other players (e.g. hate speech, trolling, baseless griefing, etc.) are prohibited.

2. Joining our discord server is mandatory. Participating in conversations and activities in the voice and text channels on a regular basis is desirable but not obligatory. The discord server is our main tool for distribution of information regarding ingame and community activities and should therefore be visited from time to time.
2.1 A properly functional microphone is mandatory for participation in orga activities.
2.2 We expect voice channel members to dampen louder background noises, such as music, noticeably chewing sounds and noise from cutlery on plates while eating, excessively loud typing and so on, using discord’s noise filter functions or by muting the microphone during the occurrence of the respective noises.

3. Treating each other with respect is the cornerstone of our community.
3.1 Our humor might be rough here and there. Many of us have known each other for quite some time now. It’s everyone’s job to know what jokes you can and can’t make with some people, as well as to realize that none of us actually wants to personally attack one another. In the end humor just is what it is: humor.
3.2 Nobody is perfect. Sometimes words can do harm unintendedly, sometimes the chemistry between two people just isn’t right. In cases like that we expect all persons involved to be mature enough to address these problems rather than to hush it up. If direct discussion is not possible, there’s always the option of involving the organization leaders as mediators in such problems.
3.3 The 43rd Star Corps, as well as the 43rd Fleet Community as a whole, do not tolerate any kind of hate speech, misanthropy or right-wing ideologies and reserve the right to take steps to remove such elements from the community.
