DISCORD

History

We founded Rhine Lab Operational Services (RLOS) in 2955, after the sudden shutdown of Rescue Squad One. A few of us—pilots, medics, and recovery techs—weren’t ready to hang up our gear or stop answering distress calls.

What started as a handful of us running independent rescue ops turned into something larger. We began taking all kinds of recovery work—retrieving lost cargo after ship losses, extracting crews from derelicts, even bringing home the fallen when no one else would. Over time, we expanded into medical transport, frontline med-ops, and passenger runs for those who needed a trusted crew more than a luxury shuttle.

Today, we operate primarily in and around Stanton, with contracts that often push us into Pyro. We’re not a corporation, not a militia—just an org that shows up when things go wrong, and sees the job through to the end.

Manifesto

We do the work that needs doing when no one else will. Sometimes that means pulling a pilot from a burning hull. Sometimes it means hauling what’s left.

Our intent is simple: keep people alive, recover what can be recovered, and see it through with a steady hand. We don’t take sides, we take contracts. But once we’re in, we hold to our word.

We know the universe doesn’t care who you are or what patch you wear. All that matters is who shows up when it goes wrong. That’s why we’re here.

Charter

1. Conduct
Stay controlled. We work clean, speak straight, and keep personal drama off the comms.

2. Discretion
Operational details and client information remain internal. Breaches of silence cost lives and contracts.

3. Neutrality
We take contracts, not causes. Politics, grudges, and ideology stay outside the org.

4. Engagement
When a zone turns hostile, we clear it. Threats are neutralized first; recovery follows. Efficiency over optics.

5. Commerce
No theft, trafficking, or side deals under the RLOS banner. What’s earned is what’s agreed.

6. Command
Orders are followed until the op concludes. Questions and objections wait for debrief.

7. Accountability
Anyone endangering crew, contract, or reputation is removed from service.
