Founded in 2923, Ryker Industries began as a small independent mining outfit operating in the asteroid belts of the Stanton system. What started with a handful of prospectors and a single Prospector-class ship has since evolved into a multi-division enterprise spanning several key sectors of the UEE economy.
Today, Ryker Industries is recognized as one of the most adaptable and efficient industrial organizations in the ‘Verse — providing expertise in mining, salvage, and large-scale construction operations across both settled and frontier systems. Whether it’s extracting valuable ores from deep-space fields, reclaiming derelict assets, or building the foundations of tomorrow’s colonies, Ryker Industries stands for precision, reliability, and integrity.
At the heart of Ryker Industries lies its Industrial Division — the backbone of our success. Our crews operate some of the most advanced industrial platforms available, including Orion-class mining vessels, Reclaimer salvage ships, and modular Pioneer construction systems.

Our Engineering Division designs and deploys sustainable structures that serve both corporate and civilian needs. From outposts on hostile moons to orbital refineries, Ryker-built installations are known for their durability and efficiency.
No wreck is beyond recovery. Our Salvage Division specializes in reclaiming valuable materials and technologies from derelict ships, abandoned facilities, and post-conflict zones. We operate with strict adherence to UEE salvage regulations — and a healthy respect for what’s left behind.
While our core is industrial, Ryker Industries understands that every frontier operation carries risk. Ryker Tactical Solutions (RTS) serves as the organization’s discreet military and security arm, composed of highly trained operators specializing in reconnaissance, extraction, and high-value asset protection.
RTS operates under the principles of discipline, precision, and discretion. Whether supporting industrial convoys through unstable sectors or handling missions that demand a lighter touch, RTS ensures that Ryker’s people and projects remain safe — and that sensitive operations stay out of the headlines.

Ryker Industries has one clear goal: Growth.
The Organisation was founded with the intention of taking experiences from service in the UEE Navy, and adjusting our business model to suit and evolve. Whilst many Organisations in the ‘verse may focus on industrial work, or serving as mercenaries, Ryker Industries looks to incorporate the two.
Our divisions are not divisive – those wishing to expand their skills in the industrial sector will be guided through their careers, whilst those more apt with firearms or behind the stick of a fighter vessel will have their abilities tested. Equally, if our armed division wishes to swap their rifle for a tractor beam, or their missile rack for a mining laser, we allow for a mixture of roles.
Traditionally, we would not put those without combat experience at risk – but if keen industrialists wish to push into dangerous territory, we do not prevent them from taking that risk. We would only ask that they be accompanied by a skilled combat technician, or have undertaken some form of combat training, to minimise risk to life, resources, and equipment.
Ryker Industries is, first and foremost, a construction and manufacturing specialist. Our very own CNOU Pioneer, the jewel of our Organisation, allows us to set up Colonial Outposts across the ‘verse. With a preference for locations within protected space, simply for ease of trade with reputable companies, our Outposts will primarily focus on resource extraction, logistics, and manufacturing of vital components.
Our first objective within the Organisation is to establish ourselves as a key supplier to the UEE Navy, as well as to reputable PMCs and local security services. Eventually, we aim to build a relationship with Anvil Aerospace, and Aegis Dynamics, in order to secure rights to assemble Hornet and Sabre-class vessels – both for use by the company, and for supplying to our clients.
Ryker Industries Contractors are able to supply their own vessels, and in doing so will take the majority of the payment from any work undertaken, to cover operating costs, maintenance, and fuel.
In the event that you as a Contractor do not own a vessel capable of undertaking the roles you wish to do, then one will be provided (if available), at the cost of a higher management fee from the Organisation. Ryker Industries has access to a range of vessels, ranging from the humble Drake Cutter for those small-scale delivery jobs, up to the Ryker Industries flagship – the ‘Dauntless’, a Naval-spec Aegis Javelin.
The Ryker Industries Charter defines the principles and conduct expected of all members, from fresh recruits to seasoned division leads. Every Ryker operative represents not only themselves but the organization as a whole — and our reputation across the ‘Verse depends on the actions of each individual.
The following rules ensure that our operations run smoothly, our teams remain strong, and our name continues to stand for professionalism and reliability.
All members of Ryker Industries are expected to maintain the highest standard of behavior, both in and out of the field.
Treat all personnel — Ryker or otherwise — with respect and professionalism.
Harassment, discrimination, or toxicity of any form will not be tolerated.
When flying under the Ryker Industries banner, remember: your conduct reflects the organisation.
Discipline is the foundation of our success.
During operations, the chain of command must be respected without exception.
Orders from division leads and operation commanders are to be followed promptly and without argument.
Concerns or disputes should be addressed through proper channels after the mission’s completion.
Ryker Industries often conducts operations that require discretion and security.
Operational details, fleet compositions, and mission intel are not to be discussed outside authorised channels.
Sharing internal communications, screenshots, or classified information without approval is grounds for removal.
RTS (Ryker Tactical Solutions) missions, in particular, are strictly confidential.
Our strength lies in unity.
Members are expected to support one another, regardless of division or seniority.
Lone-wolf behavior that endangers an operation or contradicts orders will not be tolerated, unless explicitly sanctioned by RTS command leads.
We succeed — or fail — as one.
Ryker Industries invests heavily in its fleet, facilities, and resources.
Use corporate or shared assets responsibly and return them in operational condition.
Damage or loss due to negligence may result in disciplinary action.
Unauthorised use of Ryker Industries ships, equipment, or credits is strictly prohibited.
Ryker Industries maintains neutral standing with the UEE and independent factions unless directed otherwise by command.
Members shall not engage in acts of piracy, terrorism, or unprovoked aggression.
Any external alliances or hostilities must be approved by the Board or Command Council.
Ryker Industries grows carefully, not carelessly.
Only authorised personnel may recruit or represent the organization in official capacity.
Members should direct potential recruits to the appropriate recruitment officers or Spectrum channels.
Members are reminded not to promise roles, ranks, or rewards you cannot authorise.
Ryker Industries thrives on trust.
Members shall not serve in organisations whose goals conflict with our interests.
Information gained through membership is considered property of the organisation, and is not to be shared externally.
Loyalty and discretion are paramount; betrayal will be met with permanent expulsion.
Ryker Industries stands apart because it stands for something.
Cheating, exploitation of game mechanics, or behavior that undermines the spirit of fair play is forbidden.
Members must uphold the UEE’s laws and operate with honour — even when no one is watching.
This Charter may be revised as the organization evolves. All updates will be announced via internal communications.
Violations will be reviewed by the Command Council, and disciplinary action — including suspension or dismissal — will be enforced as deemed necessary.
