RANKING SYSTEM:
I. POWDER MONKEY
Role: Entry-level rank.
Access: No bridge access.
Duties: Maintain ship systems
Ensure batteries and gear are operational
Perks: None (yet!)
Path Forward: Run a few missions, prove you’re cool — get promoted to CREW.
II. CREW: Infrequent server attendance.
Path Forward: Frequent server, stay the course and make MATEY.
III. MATEY:
Requirements: Frequent the server, full knowledge of events, interact, and add REDEYECLAN to your org list (redacted, hidden, or display). Inactivity or ghosting can result in a demotion to MATEY, CREW, or @POWDER MONKEY.
Perks: Voting rights in elections, access to charts, guides, etc.
—> GUNNER:
Appointed by the QM/ROLE QM. Also obtained by server boosting or recruiting a POWDER MONKEY. Reinforces QM orders and leads squads.
IV. QUARTER MASTER:
Role: Elected leadership position over all CREW and MATEYs
Requirements: Must be a MATEY, have ReD-EyE set as primary Org on RSI site, not hold a CO rank elsewhere and must maintain fidelity (“Failure to fly the colors will get you shot/removed.”).
Duties: Voice the wishes of the crew, delegate tasks & motivate the ranks, recommend promotions, handle discipline, ensure ships are mission-ready (w/ Boatswain), and final word on crew matters
Notes:
As the org grows, QMs will be appointed per specialty (e.g., Mining Master, Medical Master, etc.).
IV. OFFICERS
High command roles, overseeing operations and works alongside the Quarter Master to achieve objectives.

Role: Oversees org resources, delegates to QM and approves missions
Notes: Cannot vote in elections
> FIRST MATE
Roles: Handles ship security. Ensures QM executes responsibilities
