Charter

Article I: Identity

– The organisation shall be known as QuantumCORE Enterprises (QCE).
– QCE operates as a multi-faceted enterprise dedicated to prosperity, advancement, and security across all fields of operation.
– The emblem and name of QCE represent unity, strength, and progress.

Article II: Purpose

– To provide members with a structure that supports combat, industry, exploration, and diplomacy.
– To protect our members, allies, and assets through coordinated strength.
– To create opportunities for growth and advancement for all members.
– To establish QCE as a respected and influential power within the verse.

Article III: Divisions

QCE operates through specialised divisions known as CORE Networks:
— LifeCORE: Medical, rescue, and support operations.
— FoundryCORE: Industry, logistics, and economic development.
— VanguardCORE: Security, PvE/PvP, and bounty hunting operations.
— FrontierCORE: Exploration, scientific, and research developments.

Article IV: Values

– Inclusivity – QCE welcomes all individuals regardless of race, nationality, gender, orientation, or background. Diversity is a source of strength and innovation.
– Integrity – Honesty, accountability, and ethical conduct are expected in all actions within and outside the organisation.
– Respect – Members shall treat each other with dignity. Discrimination, harassment, or toxic behaviour will not be tolerated.
– Excellence – We strive for high standards in all operations, supporting each other in personal and collective growth.

Article V: Membership

– Membership is open to individuals who share the values of QCE and commit to contributing to the network.
– Members shall respect the chain of command and uphold QCE’s reputation.
– Recruitment, training, and assignment of members to divisions shall be overseen by leadership.

Article VI: Governance

– QCE shall be led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), supported by the Executive Council, which includes division leaders and senior officers.
– In the absence of the CEO, an acting leader shall assume operational authority.
– Leadership decisions shall be guided by consultation, fairness, and the good of the organisation.

Article VII: Conduct

– All members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect, both within QCE and towards other organisations.
– Piracy, betrayal, or conduct that damages the name of QCE will result in removal.
– Cooperation, teamwork, and loyalty are the cornerstones of membership.
– All members are expected to join our Discord.

Article VIII: Diplomacy

– QCE shall pursue diplomatic relations that advance prosperity and security.
– Ambassadors represent QCE externally; Delegates represent partner orgs internally.
– Treaties, alliances, and trade agreements shall be documented and honoured.

Article IX: Amendments

– The Charter may be amended by leadership with the agreement of the Executive Council.
– Members shall be notified of significant amendments.
