Our roots trace back to Delta Blue Aerospace (DBA), a respected organization known for its professionalism, strong community ties, and solid presence in the ‘Verse. Many of us cut our teeth running operations under the DBA banner, learning the trade, building connections, and forging bonds that still hold strong today. While DBA continues its own proud journey, some of us felt the call to branch out—pursuing new opportunities, expanding our scope, and pushing into untapped ventures.

From that decision came a transformation. Like the legendary phoenix, we rose with renewed purpose, carrying forward the experience of our past but with a broader vision for the future.

Thus, Phoenix Tri-Industrial Logistics was founded.

Phoenix honors our rebirth and the enduring spirit of our members.

Tri-Industrial reflects our mastery in Cargo Hauling, Mining, and Salvage—the three pillars of our operations.

Logistics is our pledge to not just work for ourselves, but to supply and support the wider community, becoming the reliable backbone that others can depend on.

From single-ship pilots to coordinated fleet operations, PTIL operates with precision, professionalism, and a drive to see the Verse not only survive—but thrive. We honor our past with DBA, but our course is set toward greater horizons: to move, to mine, to reclaim, and to serve.

Our lineage with Delta Blue Aerospace forged our discipline, our skill, and our sense of unity. But our destiny called us beyond. We are Tri-Industrial—three pillars of strength:

Cargo Hauling – We move the lifeblood of civilization across the stars, from single crates to convoys that span systems.

Mining – We extract the resources that fuel fleets, cities, and dreams.

I. Name and Identity
Organization Name: Phoenix Tri-Industrial Logistics (PTIL)

Motto: “From the Ashes, We Rise.”

Symbolism:

• Phoenix – Our rebirth from earlier endeavors, rising stronger from past experience.

• Tri-Industrial – The three pillars of our trade: Cargo Hauling, Mining, and Salvage.

• Logistics – Our commitment to delivering resources, supplies, and solutions to the community.

II. Purpose and Mission
Phoenix Tri-Industrial Logistics exists to:

Provide dependable industrial and logistical support to allies, partners, and the wider community.

Operate profitably across our three core industries while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Build a network of skilled and trustworthy pilots who can work together seamlessly in small crews or large fleet operations.

Foster a cooperative and respectful environment for both veteran citizens and new recruits.

III. Pillars of Operation
• Cargo Hauling – Secure and timely transportation of goods across the Verse, from high-value freight to large-scale supply runs.

• Mining – Resource extraction in both planetary and space environments, utilizing efficient techniques and advanced equipment.

• Salvage – Recovery and repurposing of valuable components, hulls, and resources from derelicts and wrecks.

IV. Code of Conduct
• Professionalism – Members will conduct themselves with integrity, reliability, and respect toward others.

• Teamwork – We work as one unit, placing the success of the mission and the safety of our members above personal gain.

• Support – We assist fellow members and the community whenever possible, within reasonable operational limits.

• Non-Aggression – We are an industrial and logistics-focused organization. Hostile actions are only taken in self-defense or to protect our contracts and allies.

• Compliance – Members must adhere to UEE laws and the PTIL charter when representing the organization.

V. Membership Structure
• Command Council – Oversees strategic direction, policy, and high-level coordination.

• Division Leads – Head each of the three pillars (Cargo, Mining, Salvage) and coordinate operations within their domain.

• Crew Captains – Command multi-crew ships and crew operations.

• Crew and Specialists – Operate ships, equipment, and support functions critical to PTIL’s success.

• Recruits – New members in the process of training and integration into PTIL’s operations.

VI. Community Commitment
Phoenix Tri-Industrial Logistics is dedicated to strengthening the Star Citizen community. We provide logistical support for events, aid for allied orgs, and assistance to independent pilots in need—whenever operationally feasible.

VII. Amendments and Review
This charter may be amended by a majority vote of the Command Council, with input from Division Leads. The charter will be reviewed annually to ensure alignment with PTIL’s evolving mission and the needs of its members.
