At Phoenix Command, we believe that Star Citizen—and gaming as a whole—should be defined by friendship, freedom, and fun. Our guiding convictions are:

We’re upstanding citizens of the verse, helpful and fair to those we encounter. We don’t condone griefing and prefer not to ruin the experience for others. We defend ourselves and our allies fiercely and without hesitation, and our goal is to be the kind of players others are glad to see—honorable, capable, and ready to lend a hand or hold the line.

• Teamwork
Progress happens when we work together. Our veteran players freely share their knowledge and experience to help everyone grow their skills and achieve their goals. We take on every challenge as a team where everyone contributes and benefits, whether we’re crewing our warships or conducting industrial ops.

• Camaraderie
Ranks and titles are meaningless to us—we’re just friends playing games. Every member has equal status and an equal voice, everyone receives the respect they give in turn, and everyone is welcome in Phoenix regardless of experience or skill level.

• Zero Drama
We keep things positive and laid-back, and we don’t take anything too seriously. Real life has enough drama, we don’t believe in carrying it into gaming.

We reject the notion of compulsory activity and role restrictions. Every member chooses when to fly, what to fly, and whom to fly with.
