Phoenix Initiative was founded on one main principle: To burn through the veil of Tyranny.

Many of us once served under corporations, navies, and private corporations where our skills and sacrifice were rewarded not with honor or wealth, but with heavier burdens and hollow promises. We carried the sins of our oppressors on our backs, secured fortunes for tyrants, yet were left empty handed, starving for something better. From that betrayal came conviction: never again would we burn for another’s gain. Instead, we seized our own destiny and forged ourselves a legacy. Like the Phoenix, we rose from the ashes of exploitation—reborn with purpose, united in resolve, and hardened in battle.

Although we are ruthless, we too are fair. Violence is the language of the ‘verse and though we are fluent in it, our fleet speaks only when needed. We do not strike without cause, but when challenged we respond with overwhelming precision. Whether it be piracy, security, large scale engagements, or ground-side suppression – our forces are trained and willing to adapt by any means necessary. Where others hesitate, we persevere. Our creed is simple: Survival though strength, prosperity through fire.

How to get involved:
Joining The Discord is straightforward, but commitment is essential. Begin by applying through our RSI page and joining our Discord, where you will gain access to our orientation materials and operational guidelines. From there, you’ll be introduced to our training structure—designed to ensure every member understands our code, our methods, and our expectations.
New recruits will be guided through the fundamentals of Initiative operations, while veterans will be able to quickly integrate into our combat teams and fleet structure. Every member, regardless of experience, will have the tools they need to step into operations at their own pace, with the opportunity to specialize in ship combat, ground warfare, logistics, or command.
