History

After growing tired of the ineptitude of the UEE Military and the Corporations of the Stanton System, a group of Military Veterans and Industrialists struck out to create a Private Military Corporation in 2953. The corporation would come to be called Phoenix Corps. The goals of this Org was bring overwhelming might against those who would stop us. With no affiliation to the UEE and it’s pawns, PC allies with any faction within the verse, PC would fight wherever the profit was best, even if it meant a little piracy. Though money is the key concern, PC still upholds a strong military tradition and order to ensure that no one takes any action that harms the company. Today, the org follows the words of Drake Interplanetary CEO Anden Arden, “The UEE cannot protect us, we have to protect ourselves!” The guiding motto of PC is Semper Fortis, Semper Paratus; Always Strong, Always Ready.

Manifesto

Phoenix Corps was born from UEE Military and Corporate Industrial groups in Stanton after the founders lost faith in them due to the rampant corruption and bureaucracy present in those factions, and it’s affect on the citizens of verse. Officially, PDL operates as a legal Private Military Corporation, providing security for hire and an engineering corps that funds and supports the military operations. Unofficially, PDL firmly believes the words of Anden Arden, Drake Interplanetary CEO, when in 2952 he stated: “The UEE cannot defend us, so we have to defend ourselves!” Not particularly hostile to the UEE or Piracy groups in the verse, PDL takes a more neutral stance; offering to trade their vast military resources and experience for those who will pay, while taking some from the very factions that oppress and ignore the citizens.

Charter

Phoenix Corps is a Private Military Company focused on providing military and material aid for citizens of the verse regardless of their affinity to the UEE and the Stanton Corporations for a price.

1) Membership to the org is mandatory. We do not ask that you set the org as your main unless you want to, but we do require you be members online as well as in Discord.

2) All official communications will be conducted via Discord Chat. This is to centralize all org communication in one location. Message xLordPrismx on Spectrum for an invite there.

3) All members will respect the Chain of Command at all times. This doesn’t only apply to the military arm, but rather to all branches of PC’s organization. As a Private Military Corps, we utilize military rank structures within even the industrial arm of the org as it is the support arm for the military.

4) We keep IRL politics out of the organization. The UEE provides enough political bs for us, we don’t need the outside doing so as well.

5) Be respectful to all members of the organization. Failure to do so will result in a warning from the Admirals, but continued instances will result in dismissal from the org.

6) Piracy is welcome in the org as we engage in all forms of PVP. Though not strictly a pirate group, we feel that the Corporations of Stanton and the UEE can stand to lose some cargo for the benefit of the ones they oppress and ignore.

Welcome to the org that will be the strongest offensive force in the verse for whoever can pay. Semper Fortis, Semper Paratus! Always Strong, Always Ready!
