We are a collective of ambitious Citizens united by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and mutual success. At its core lies Oracle City, the finest and most prestigious urban center in the ‘Verse, serving as a central hub for trading, resource gathering, manufacturing, and innovation. Supported by robust utility systems and large-scale facilities, Oracle City will drive our expansion, attracting Citizens from all corners of the galaxy. Orbiting above, Oracle Station will act as a fortified base for our fleet, facilitating industrial operations like refining and cargo storage, while providing an impenetrable layer of defense for the city below.

Mission

NOC’s mission is to deliver a well-managed, inclusive organization led by dedicated professionals who prioritize a fun, challenging, and rewarding experience for all members. This includes coordinating large-scale operations to achieve our goals, as well as organizing events and activities that leverage in-game opportunities, such as the Apex Valakkar Fight, Hathor expeditions, or Jumptown. By providing structure, resources, and leadership, NOC empowers Oracles to engage in diverse gameplay styles while contributing to collective achievements. We emphasize ethical practices, strategic planning, community building, anti-piracy measures, and real-life priorities to ensure long-term success and enjoyment.

The New Oracle Consortium is a comprehensive organization encompassing all facets of commercial, industrial, and security gameplay in Star Citizen. Our headquarters will be the master-planned Oracle City, a sprawling metropolis designed for efficiency, aesthetics, and functionality. Complementing this is Oracle Station, an orbital facility providing essential support for space-based activities.

NOC emphasizes diverse operations, including mining, refining, salvaging, manufacturing, trading, agriculture, scientific research, and market-making. Our Security Division ensures the protection of assets and members through patrols, escorts, negotiations, and strategic engagements. We maintain a formidable war fleet equipped with cutting-edge ships and staffed by skilled personnel, ready to defend NOC interests and project power when necessary.
