History

Founded in the early 30th century as a small independent logistics venture, Omnex Group began by connecting frontier colonies with vital trade routes. Through perseverance and calculated risk, the company steadily expanded its reach from backwater outposts to core UEE systems.

Recognizing the dangers of uncharted space, Omnex invested heavily in security operations, establishing its own paramilitary division to safeguard shipments and contracts. By combining commerce with protection, the company earned a reputation as both a reliable trade partner and a formidable defense force.

Over time, Omnex diversified further, branching into mining, exploration, and research. With each new division, the organization strengthened its influence across the ‘verse. Today, Omnex Group stands as a nexus of opportunity — a professional, multi-role entity capable of adapting to any frontier, any challenge, and any future.

Manifesto

Charter

1. Purpose

Omnex Group exists to unite individuals under a single banner of professionalism, ambition, and versatility. We pursue trade, security, exploration, industry, and innovation with equal dedication.

2. Membership

Members may join as Main or Affiliate.

All members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and respect.

Advancement is based on merit, contribution, and initiative.

3. Structure

Executive Board → Strategic leadership, diplomacy, and corporate direction.

Division Leads → Oversee specific branches (Logistics, Security, Exploration, Industry).

Operatives & Associates → The core of Omnex Group, executing missions, contracts, and daily operations.

4. Conduct

Professionalism is expected in all interactions, both in and out of the ‘verse.

Cooperation and teamwork come before individual gain.

Piracy and unlawful activity are permitted only when sanctioned by leadership and aligned with corporate objectives.

5. Vision

Omnex Group shall remain adaptive, resilient, and united. We will expand beyond limits, secure opportunities wherever they lie, and establish ourselves as a respected force throughout the UEE and beyond.
