Lawful conduct – Members shall obey UEE law, local system regulations and interstellar treaties.

Professionalism and Respect – NovaCorp strives for disciplined operations. Members must respect other Citizens, allied organizations and the cultures of alien species. Discrimination based on race, origin, or creed is prohibited.

Mutual aid – Each division supports the others. Salvagers assist haulers in loading/unloading; convoy escorts protect miners; bounty hunters respond to distress calls. Profit‑sharing agreements ensure equitable distribution of rewards.

Training & Safety – NovaCorp provides training in salvage mechanics (hull scraping, structural salvage, component recovery), cargo‑hauling procedures, mining techniques, and small‑unit tactics. Members must maintain their ships and equipment and uphold safety protocols.

Non‑aggression & diplomacy – NovaCorp avoids unnecessary conflict. The group honors cease‑fire agreements and respects neutral zones such as Armistice Zones, where unauthorized salvage incurs fines. Diplomatic channels with other organizations are maintained by the Community & Diplomatic Corps.

Transparency & governance – NovaCorp is governed by a Council comprising of Executive Officers and Officers. The Council sets policy, adjudicates disputes and oversees finances. Major decisions require a Council vote with member input.

Exploration & innovation – The Research & Exploration Office encourages innovation in salvage, logistics and mining technologies. NovaCorp supports members who wish to chart new systems or develop new modules, provided such activities align with UEE regulations.
