Our Board of Directors will unveil our offArticle I: Name and Purpose

Section 1: The name of this organization shall be Nova Applications, hereinafter referred to as “Nova App.”

Section 2: The purpose of Nova App is to engage in salvaging, mining, commodity transportation, and freelance military contracting operations within the universe of Star Citizen. Nova App aims to foster exploration, innovation, and economic prosperity while upholding ethical standards and contributing to the advancement of civilization.

Article II: Membership

Section 1: Membership in Nova App is open to individuals who share our vision, values, and commitment to excellence. Prospective members must demonstrate proficiency in their chosen field and a willingness to collaborate with fellow members for the betterment of the organization.

Section 2: All members of Nova App shall be treated with respect, dignity, and equality. Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

Article III: Governance

Section 1: Nova App shall be governed by a Board of Directors elected by the CEO. The Board of Directors shall consist of individuals who have demonstrated leadership, dedication, and expertise in their respective fields.

Section 2: The Board of Directors shall be responsible for establishing strategic objectives, making policy decisions, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of Nova App. Decisions shall be made by consensus whenever possible, with voting as a last resort.

Section 1: In the event of dissolution, all assets and liabilities of Nova App shall be distributed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any remaining funds or assets shall be donated to charitable organizations or causes aligned with the values and objectives of Nova App.
