History
Formed from the consolidation of independent brokers and logistics specialists, Nightglass Solutions emerged to fill the gap between regulated commerce and the realities of frontier trade. What began as a small procurement outfit quickly evolved into a multi-division enterprise facilitating discreet transactions and deniable contract operations across UEE and independent space.
The creation of the Trade and Acquisition Division formalised Nightglass’s role as a material and asset broker — arranging procurement, logistics, and financial transfers for clients operating beyond the reach of standard supply networks. Parallel to it, the Direct Action Division was established to manage security, recovery, and intelligence contracts, providing both muscle and information where leverage was required.
Over time, Nightglass became known not only as a supplier, but as a trusted middleman — negotiating and executing deals between major organisations, private clients, and independent entities unwilling to engage directly. Its network of acquisition agents, field operatives, and auxiliary partners ensures that any asset, information, or individual can be reached, recovered, or relocated with precision and discretion.
Today, Nightglass Solutions operates as a neutral conduit in an increasingly divided system — a quiet constant in a galaxy built on transactions few can afford to have traced.
Manifesto
Nightglass Solutions exists to bridge the space between commerce and conflict.
Operating through its Trade and Acquisition and Direct Action divisions, the organisation provides controlled access to assets, intelligence, and capability that conventional markets cannot supply.
We act as brokers, intermediaries, and facilitators — arranging transactions, arms deals, and asset exchanges between independent operators, corporate entities, and major organisations across both legal and unregulated sectors. Every engagement is insulated by layered confidentiality and contractual precision.
The Direct Action Division combines operational execution with intelligence gathering, recovery, and security support. Its role extends beyond enforcement — supplying information, leverage, and resolution to complex commercial and political disputes.

Professional Conduct
Members represent the organisation at all times. Maintain discipline, respect chain of command, and conduct business without drawing unnecessary attention or conflict.
Operational Integrity
Contracts are to be executed exactly as agreed. Personal agendas, affiliations, or ideologies must not influence Nightglass operations or negotiations.
Neutrality
Nightglass Solutions maintains independence from political, military, or factional influence. Members are prohibited from acting in any way that compromises this neutrality.
Authorisation
All trades, deployments, or operations must be sanctioned by the relevant division director or their delegate. Unauthorised activity under the Nightglass name is strictly prohibited.
Client Protection
Client identities, assets, and intentions are to remain protected at all times. Nightglass serves as their shield as much as their broker.
Accountability
Breaches of conduct, security, or chain of command will result in immediate review and revocation of membership privileges.
