History

Nexus Industries was founded by a group of individuals who wanted to build a self-sufficient Corporation, supplying its every need. Its founders have years of experience running, managing, and coordinating massive groups of members, to achieve a wide variety of goals. With a detailed infrastructure, and a clear picture of how to achieve this massive undertaking, steps were taken to create Nexus Industries.

Manifesto

Nexus Industries uses a Diplomatic Infrastructure. The overall Corporation is run by a CEO who serves one year of service. After that year of service, the Board Members (including the CEO) will vote who the next CEO will be. There are currently no term limits to the position of CEO.

Nexus Industries day-to-day are broken up into Divisions. Each Division is overseen by hierarchy roles, who then report back to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors oversee all productivity of each Division to make sure a Net Positive is maintained. Orders are passed down from the Board of Directors, to the Officers and Foreman who run the Divisions they are assigned to.

Nexus Industries is currently broken down into four separate Divisions, Military, Industrial, Logistics, Exploration. Those who apply to become a member of Nexus Industries will be allowed to pick what Division they wish to join, unless a Division is in need of help. The member will then be placed in a temp Division until another member is brought on to take his or her place. All members will be allowed to carry out jobs not defined by their job during downtime but will be called back to their specified jobs when needed.

This is a brief Summary of the in-depth infrastructure you will find here at Nexus Industries. We are a hardcore Corporation looking for like-minded members who want to get the best experience possible out of the Universe. If you have big aspirations, then you are the kind of member we are looking for.

Nexus Industries members are to adhere to the Corporations’ core values, Loyalty, Honor, and Commitment. Our members are expected to be Loyal to the Corporation. Never attempt to harm the Corporation financially, or internally. Nexus Industries members are bound to the Honor system to keep their pledges. Commitment is expected by all members. Commitment to the Corporation, Commitment to your job, and Commitment to the core values.
