History

Founded in 2943, MUS Interstellar Cartographics operates scanning installations, ships, and equipment throughout claimed areas, unclaimed areas, and deep space. Services include charting and mapping telemetry, point-of-interest triangulation, celestial measurements, equipment deployment, data transportation, expeditionary support, and more.

Manifesto

For as long as humanity has looked to their surrounds and contemplated the secrets of the universe, there have been those individuals that go a step further than mere contemplation and embark on journeys of wonder and exploration. MUS Interstellar Cartographics is an embodiment of that ideal of searching for and beholding the beauty of parts untraveled.

Charter

1. The name of the organization is MUS Interstellar Cartographics.
2. The organization is a Private Foundation.
3. The organization’s registered agent and registered office shall be:
  Manifold Utility Systems
  Hangar C3-138, Ulysses Industrial Park
  345 Olympus Rd.
  Sherman, Cascom (Castra II), Castra
4. The organizer shall be:
  MUS Holdings UELLC
5. The street address of the principal office shall be:
  MUS Interstellar Cartographics
  Hangar C3-138, Ulysses Industrial Park
  345 Olympus Rd.
  Sherman, Cascom (Castra II), Castra
6. The organization shall not be for profit.
7. The organization shall have members.
8. The organization is organized and operated exclusively for scientific and/or educational purposes.
9. In the event of dissolution, the residue of the organization shall be turned over to one or more
  organizations subsidiary to MUS Holdings UELLC or to MUS Holdings UELLC.
10. The primary purpose of the organization is to offer experiential information and services to clientele.
11. The organization shall make or pay no compensation, loan or other payment to any officer, board member,
  creator or organizer of the organization, or substantial contributor to it, except as reasonable
  compensation for goods or services rendered or as reasonable reimbursement for authorized expenditures
  incurred on behalf of the organization. No part of the organization’s assets or net earnings, current
  or accumulated, shall ever be distributed to or divided among such persons or private individuals.
12. No substantial part of the activities of the organization shall be the carrying on of propaganda or
  otherwise attempting to influence United Empire of Earth legislation. The organization shall not
  participate in, or intervene in any way (including the publishing or distribution of statements)
  in any political campaign or on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.
