Rewards
(a) A reward of 15,000 aUEC is given to each member per new recruit they enlist.
Career
In the Neighbourhood, everyone is a Neighbour as soon as they join.

(a) Neighbour (Rank 0)
You’ve just joined, welcome.,
– Invite 1 player to advance to Recruit
(b) Recruit Neighbour (Rank I)
Entry level role,,
No immediate perks,,
Access to the Neighbourhood discord,,
– Invite 2 players to advance to Regular

You’ve demonstrated your ability to interact appropriately with the people you meet and reflect the neighbourhood values. Continue to spread the word and you’ll progress through the ranks quickly.,
– Invite 10 players to advance to Experienced
(d) Experienced Neighbour (Rank III)
Having stuck around, you’re clearly the type of Neighbour we want here. Continue to remain active within the community and the rank of Expert will be assigned.,
– Promotion to Expert approved by Founder/ other Experts.
(e) Expert Neighbour (Rank IV)
You demonstrate your ability to act in accordance with the Manifesto regularly and have been a long-standing member of this org.,
Weekly stipend of 40,000 aUEC paid by the founder.,
– Promotion to Master approved by Founder/ other Masters.
(f) Master Neighbour (Rank V)
The most coveted of Neighbours. You are well known within the org and constantly promote the Neighbourhood both in-chat and through action. It is a genuine pleasure to have such people in this community.,

There is no further promotion from this role. You are a genuine Neighbour; Fred Rogers would be proud!
Charter
Rules
r1. Treat players with respect when in conversation,
r2. Try not to fire first on a real world player;
r2. (i) wait until fired upon before attacking/defending,
r2. (ii) voip/hail a target to ascertain if the individual is friendly (by default you can target the player then press 9 to hail),
r2. (iii) refer to manifesto ‘Key pledges’ section (d) to understand why this is so important.
r3. When possible aim to recruit players into the org, explaining that our goal is to become widely recognised for our ability to aid and offer guidance to those that need it,
r3. (i) we are not push-overs. We are ready to defend those in-need and fight to protect our image and friends.
r4. Think about the time and effort it took for any given player to get to where they are at the time you meet them. Think about the consequences and what it might mean for someone with very little time to play.
r5. When joining a server, let it be known that a Neighbour has joined! Spread the word, let everyone know you’re prepared to help (within reason).
r5. (i) if payment is offered for your service, try to enlist instead of charging; we want more members and promotions/rewards are available for those that bring in new neighbors. Refer to the Manifesto for career progression/ perks.
r6. When those in distress call for help, any Neighbours should assist in reducing the severity of the threat by whatever means necessary,
