But no kids or dogs. Cats are evil and ladies can be bad ass ninjas so they’re all fair game. Basically we’re bad for the greater good. Or just for fun.

In other words: have fun, make money, and help out your compatriots. Ideally one would keep their affiliation with the ICA discreet so that the resources of their other, more obvious partnerships maybe used to the Agency’s advantage when appropriate. Vision is A-Team meets Cowboy Bebop.

For the boring but necessary rules:

• All Fleet members will, at all times, keep their affiliation to the ICA discreet.
• Members are charged with maintaining the integrity and privacy of information discussed within all ICA communications channels.
• Issues and concerns regarding any leadership decisions will be remediated to the person(s) who is/are next the chain of command. Skipping the chain of command without cause is grounds for dismissal.
• Members will avoid public disclosure of internal grievances/issues.
• Members will respect one another and show each other tolerance and patience at all times.
• NEVER undermine the authority of a ranking member. Discuss conflicts in private.
• If you have to defend yourself, do. Just clean up the bodies when you’re done.
• Don’t get caught pirating. We provide professional help on jobs, legal or otherwise, but no legal aid and disclosure of ICA allegiance leading to an arrest will result in immediate dismissal and disavowal.
• No spamming, mic or chatbox.
• No excessive private messaging or poking of officers. Officers will get back to you when time permits.
• Do not give out any names of other ICA members.
• If someone else is speaking, allow them to finish.
• Keep chat and links appropriate to the channel.
• Treat all Star Citizens with a respectful attitude. Absolutely no racism, sexism, or any other forms of prejudice will be tolerated.
