To be lost is not to be without direction.

LIAHONA is an independent organization of explorers, industrialists, scouts, and seekers. Rooted in the ancient Pilgrim traditions and reborn in the black, we carry the flame of faith and purpose into uncharted space.

History

The Exodus Beyond the Stars

“They did not flee in fear. They departed in faith.”

In the shadow of war and persecution, as the Pilgrim Wars raged across the stars, a resolute few chose a different path. Disillusioned by the bloodlust of both Pilgrims and Terrans, they severed themselves from the cycle of vengeance. These were not cowards, but visionaries—pilgrims in the truest sense—guided not by politics or power, but by a divine intuition… a whisper of something greater, beyond the known stars.

Calling themselves the Filii autem Liahona—Sons and Daughters of the Liahona—they disappeared into the void, seeking a sanctuary untouched by war, where faith and discovery could thrive. For generations, they remained hidden, surviving in the distant black, charting forgotten systems, preserving ancient wisdom, and watching from afar as humanity teetered on the brink.

Now, a fragile peace with the UEE and the unifying threat of the Vanduul has reopened the stars. The faithful must choose once again—remain hidden, or push deeper into the dark to preserve the sanctity of their vision.

But make no mistake: they do not run. If darkness follows them, they will stand. And those who seek their destruction will find not prey—but prophets with purpose. And warships clad in faith.

Manifesto

The Path Beyond Charts

We believe in three sacred tenets:

1. Purpose Beyond Profit
While others chase credits, we pursue deeper meaning: knowledge, sanctuary, legacy. Wealth may come, but it is not the destination.

2. Faith in the Unknown
The void does not frighten us—it calls to us. Where the maps end, our journey begins. Exploration is our rite and our responsibility.

3. Strength with Conviction
We are not warriors by choice, but we will not bend. Those who threaten our peace will find we are not sheep—we are shepherds with sharpened blades.

Our presence spans all sectors—exploration, industry, combat, trade—but all in service of a singular vision: to seek, to build, and to preserve something greater.
