Interstellar Gospel Outreach is a spacefaring mission spreading the light of Jesus Christ across the stars—bringing hope, aid, and faith to every corner of the galaxy, from the heart of Stanton to the edge of the unknown.
History
Interstellar Gospel Outreach (IGOUTREACH)

In the early decades of the 30th century, as humanity spread farther into the stars under the United Empire of Earth (UEE), faith followed. Yet amidst the corporate sprawl, interstellar conflict, and moral drift across systems, many found themselves spiritually lost—adrift among the stars without a guiding light.
Interstellar Gospel Outreach was born out of that darkness.
Founded in 2948 by a group of civilian missionaries, former UEE chaplains, and spacefaring believers, IGOUTREACH began as a humble effort aboard a refitted Zeus MK II CL turned mobile chapel and relief vessel, known as The Shepherd. Its original mission was simple: travel the systems and share the teachings of Jesus Christ with anyone—human or otherwise—who was willing to listen.
Over time, IGOUTREACH grew from a single ship into a loosely connected network of faithful citizens, missionaries, and aid workers operating across the Stanton system and beyond. Their central base of operations is located on Michrotech (Port Tressler), where the orbiting station serves not only as a beacon of peace but also a symbol of spiritual elevation. Here, sermons are transmitted system-wide over comm frequencies, and small churches and sanctuaries are maintained in areas like Area18, New Babbage, and Lorville—sometimes in secret, sometimes with corporate permission.
In Stanton, where megacorporations rule and materialism thrives, IGOUTREACH stands as a quiet countercurrent—a reminder that there’s more beyond credits, cargo, and contracts.
IGOUTREACH agents—called Starsent—are trained not just in scripture, but in diplomacy, trade, survival, and even ship repair. They go where most won’t: pirate-infested routes, lawless moons, and lonely asteroid colonies—bringing food, comfort, medical aid, and the message of eternal hope.
Key Historical Moments:
2950 – Operation Gracefall: A humanitarian mission during the aftermath of an outbreak on Grim HEX where IGOUTREACH offered medical supplies and spiritual care, risking attacks from Nine Tails.
2952 – The Echo Broadcast: A series of encrypted audio devotionals shared anonymously across relay buoys in Nyx and Pyro, reaching thousands who had no access to traditional faith sources.
2954 – Corporate Tensions in Lorville: Hurston Dynamics attempted to silence underground worship gatherings. IGOUTREACH responded with peaceful protest and a widely-circulated holo-message titled “Render Unto Hurston…”

Manifesto
As an organization, our mission is not to impose religious beliefs upon anyone nor to create a closed community within the Stanton system. Instead, we aim to treat everyone with fairness and compassion, offering support to those in need, particularly newcomers to the Stanton system. IGOUTREACH aspires to be a safe haven for training and guidance.
While Gospel outreach is a significant aspect of our mission, we approach it with the intent to embody Christ’s love through our actions rather than through direct confrontations. Our goal is to form friendships and engage with those we meet in meaningful ways. We will host Bible studies in various locations throughout the Stanton system, welcoming friends to participate in these gatherings.
Should members of our community find opportunities to share the Gospel outside of formal events, we wholeheartedly encourage these acts of outreach. However, our intention is not to present the Bible to individuals unexpectedly or confrontationally but to build relationships grounded in love and respect.
Together, let us create an environment where all feel valued and uplifted.

Fund and distribute portable gospel holotomes for isolated colonists and vagrants.
