History

Our History

Hashira-o7 is a gaming community founded by Twitch streamers Calistrix and Niradaris — not as a vanity project, but as a home for players who value community, cooperation, and purpose-driven gameplay.

While Hashira-o7 originally began as a central hub for Calistrix, Niradaris, and the content surrounding their streams, it has grown into something much more:
An open, welcoming space where players of all skill levels can connect, play, learn, and grow together.

Why Hashira?

In its early days, the title “Hashira” was not just a name — it was a symbol inspired by the Honourable Defenders of Mankind from the “Demon Slayer” Manga.
But here in this Community the Title Hashira was given to those within the community who stood out for their honor, loyalty, and commitment to the group’s well-being.
To be called a Hashira meant more than just being active; it meant being a pillar of the community — someone who valued respect, helped others, and stood tall when it mattered most.

That spirit still defines us.

From fresh recruits just booting up the game to grizzled veterans with a thousand flight hours — everyone has a seat in our crew.
To support a wide range of playstyles and provide structure without restriction, the org adopted a division-based system.

Vision for the Org

The vision is to organize into Divisions with Squads, each with different focuses (Logistics, Security, and optional Piracy). However, everyone is free to participate across divisions depending on their mood or mission.

It is Calistrix’s and Niradaris’ absolute priority to establish a strong foundation where gameplay does not revolve solely around the streamers themselves. Instead, there will be enough structure, stability, and organization for the org to function like a living organism — managed by the Divisions and their responsible leaders.
This will provide a playground where everyone can be part of a large community and have fun.

Division Structure

Logistics Division

Main Role: Financial backbone of the org
Focus: Industry gameplay – trading, mining, salvaging, and (in the future) base building.
(Crafting and base-building are not yet in the game)

Security Division

Main Role: Defense
Focus: PvP gameplay – defending org events, protecting livestream events, escorting logistics operations, and securing missions in high-risk areas like the Pyro system.

Taxation Division (Pirating)

(This is a Sub-Squad of the Security Division; it may separate in the future if it grows.)
Main Role: Taxation — where the Hashira impose taxes or seize cargo from other players. Yes, this is piracy gameplay.
Focus: Establishing blockades, interdicting high-value targets (with a “scan first – no unnecessary casualties” policy).
Cargo will be scanned; if appropriate tax is paid, players may continue.
The squad also organizes stolen cargo transport and sales, and works closely with the Security Division.

Sub-Divisions

Depending on how the org grows, we might consider additional sub-divisions in the future!

Timeline and Current Main Goals

Timeline

  • 2954-10 – Calistrix and Niradaris started streaming on Twitch
  • 2955 – Gaming community Hashira evolved around various games (Destiny 2, Monster Hunter, R.E.P.O., …)
  • 2955-05 – Foundation of the Star Citizen Org Hashira-o7

Current Main Goals

  • Recruit new players – Quality over quantity – sharing the same vibe.
No role locking, and regardless of whether you just booted up the game or are a veteran with a thousand flight hours — everyone has a seat in our crew.
  • Organize into Squads, find the core players of the org, and identify those who want to take responsibility in a Division or Faction.
  • Follow the development of the game, and based on gameplay changes, train new players in squad-based activities such as:
    → Flight squadron combat
→ Sandbox operations like Hathor (align and mine), contested zones, Stormbreaker, etc.
→ General gameplay loops in industrial, PvE, or PvP content

The Hashira-o7 would not exist without the enormous support of the community behind Calistrix and Niradaris. Thank you! <3

Manifesto

At Hashira-o7, we believe in the strength of community and the thrill of large-scale, cooperative gameplay.
Whether you’re hauling cargo, salvaging wrecks, running escort missions, or operating under the black flag — there’s a place for you here.

We’re building an organization that welcomes all playstyles, as long as they’re fair, respectful, and fun — for you and everyone else around you.
We don’t tolerate toxicity, exploitation, or drama — inside or outside the org.

Our Core Values:

  • Respect above all – toward teammates, allies, and even opponents.
  • Fair play only – no cheating, duping, or glitch abuse
  • No griefing – we don’t harass new players or ruin others’ experience
  • Purpose-driven piracy – cargo, control, or contracts — never random trolling
  • No org drama – We simply dont care about the feelings of other Orgs, we avoid pointless conflicts, and we dont serve as a stage for Drama between Orgs.

Whether you’re here for the grind, the fights, or the journey — we stand together, and we play with honor.

What It Means to Be One of Us

Being part of Hashira-o7 means more than just wearing the tag.
It means standing with your crew, playing with honor, and supporting others in the community.
Selfish, ego-tripping players are not what Hashira-o7 is looking for.
You don’t need to be the best pilot or an aim god — just be the kind of person others can count on and trust.

Charter

1. You don’t talk about the fight club.

2. You don’t talk about the fight club.

3. You don’t talk about the fight club.

4. Don’t Bring Shame to the Hashira

If your actions damage the reputation of the organization — whether through toxic behavior, exploit abuse, or dishonorable conduct — you will be removed. No warnings. No drama. You’re out.

5. Play Fair, Play Smart

Cheating, duping, and glitch abuse are strictly forbidden. We’re here to play the game — not to break it. Anyone caught exploiting will be banned.

6. Purpose-Driven Piracy Only

Piracy is a valid path — but only when it serves a purpose. No senseless killing. No beginner ganking. If there’s no valuable cargo, strategic gain, or clear objective, it’s not piracy — it’s griefing, and we don’t do that.

7. Respect Above All

Treat fellow members — and even outsiders — with basic respect.
Trash talk is fine in PvP, but harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks are not tolerated.

8. No Role Locking

Logistics, Security, Piracy — these are roles, not prisons. You’re free to explore any gameplay loop that interests you. Squad structure is meant to organize, not restrict.

9. This Is Alpha

The game is unfinished. Expect bugs, wipes, and frustrating moments. Stay cool, report issues, and support each other. We grow stronger together.

10. Community Comes First

While the founders (Calistrix & Niradaris) are streamers, this org is not about the spotlight — it’s about the players. Everyone has a voice. Everyone contributes.

11. Give Back When You Can

This org — and the broader community — may help you earn more credits, survive tougher missions, and enjoy parts of the game you couldn’t access alone. Don’t forget to return the favor — not just to org members, but to outsiders too.
See someone struggling? Offer help.
Notice a new player confused by a mechanic? Take a moment to explain.
Be the light you wish you had when you started. That’s the Hashira way.

12. No External Org Drama

We don’t engage in ego fights, trash talk, or drama with other organizations.
We’re here to play — not to act as a stage for someone else’s drama.
Disagreements are solved internally, and conflicts with outsiders are avoided whenever possible.
We stand tall — and move on.
