本舰队长期驻守鹿港，护 UEE 和平，推行 “薪火传承” 老带新计划，严拒 RMT 以保生态纯净。公民驾舰经派罗与卡斯特拉星系跳跃点入卡斯特拉星系，见卡斯特拉 II 星尤利西斯山，山顶谢尔曼城的鹿港伫立着巍峨高耸的纯金长颈鹿雕像，当地视长颈鹿为祥瑞与守护图腾，信仰深厚。

在浩瀚星海之中，本舰队长期扎根于长颈鹿港，始终为 UEE 的和平稳定筑牢防线。我们秉持热爱和平的理念，积极推行 “薪火传承” 计划，致力于构建老带新的成长体系。同时严格恪守准则，严禁任何形式的 RMT 交易，全力维护舰队纯净的生态环境。
说起长颈鹿港的渊源，当公民驾驶星舰突破派罗星系与卡斯特拉星系间的跳跃点，踏入广袤无垠的卡斯特拉星系，目光总会被卡斯特拉 II 行星上巍峨的尤利西斯山所吸引。山顶之上，谢尔曼城拔地而起，城中有一座独立港口 —— 长颈鹿港。港口中央，一座高大恢弘的长颈鹿雕像直指苍穹，栩栩如生的造型仿佛随时能踏碎虚空。在当地居民心中，长颈鹿不仅是祥瑞的化身，更是守护他们平安的精神图腾，历经岁月更迭，这份信仰始终熠熠生辉。
Amidst the vast sea of stars, our fleet has long been rooted in Giraffe Port, standing firm as a bulwark for the peace and stability of the UEE. Upholding the philosophy of peace, we actively promote the “Torch Inheritance” program, dedicated to building a growth system where veterans mentor newcomers. Meanwhile, we strictly adhere to regulations, prohibiting all forms of RMT transactions to fully safeguard the pure ecological environment of the fleet.
Speaking of the origins of Giraffe Port, when citizens pilot their starships through the jump point between the Pyro System and the Castra System, entering the boundless Castra System, their gaze is always drawn to the majestic Mount Ulysses on the planet Castra II. Atop the mountain, the city of Sherman rises, and within it lies an independent harbor — Giraffe Harbor. In the center of the harbor, a tall and magnificent giraffe statue points straight to the sky, its lifelike form seeming as if it could shatter the void at any moment. In the hearts of local residents, the giraffe is not only an embodiment of auspiciousness but also a spiritual totem that guards their safety, and this belief has remained radiant through the passage of time.

鹿港 规章制度
1）必须将“鹿港”设为主舰队，而非次舰队
2）禁止辱骂其他群友，成年人有话好好说。否则首次禁言，二次送走
3）禁止群内搞RMT（不要在群里交易游戏币！），逻辑是对游戏生态具有极大破坏，缺aUEC的玩家可以在群内找自己的教官/其他玩家帮助，一般经常参加活动的玩家不太可能缺aUEC
3）禁止使用外挂，逻辑同上
4）现在诸位身份已经不是散人了，ID上挂着“鹿港”的名字，请合法合规游玩游戏，不要违规，比如堵安全区机库，堵星门。不要损人不利己，专门破坏别人游戏体验，比如毁船不捞货、公屏嘲讽
5）鼓励群友之间无偿帮扶提供物资，对拿aUEC换物资不反对也不提倡，坚决抵制在群里用现实货币做交易（出任何风险舰队不负责），违者直接送走
Rules and Regulations of Giraffe Harbor
1) Giraffe Harbor must be set as the main fleet, not a secondary fleet.
2) Insulting other group members is prohibited. Adults should communicate politely. Offenders will be muted for the first offense and removed for the second.
3) Real Money Trading (RMT) is forbidden in the group (no in-group trading of in-game currency!). The reason is that it severely damages the game’s ecosystem. Players lacking aUEC can seek help from their instructors or other players in the group. Generally, players who frequently participate in activities are unlikely to be short of aUEC.
4) Using cheats/hacks is prohibited, for the same reason as above.
5) From now on, all of you are no longer casual players. Your IDs bear the name “Giraffe Harbor”, so please play the game legally and in compliance with the rules. Do not violate regulations, such as blocking the safe zone hangar or stargate. Do not engage in actions that harm others without benefiting yourself or deliberately ruin others’ gaming experience, such as destroying ships without salvaging the cargo or mocking others in the public chat.
6) Group members are encouraged to provide materials to each other free of charge. Using aUEC to exchange for materials is neither opposed nor advocated. However, trading with real currency in the group is firmly prohibited (Giraffe Harbor will not be responsible for any risks arising therefrom), and offenders will be removed immediately.
