History
The Fallen X Syndicate was born out of tragedy and betrayal. Founded by Dorian Harlocke, the “Fair but Ruthless” pirate who lost his family during a Vanduul attack and was abandoned by the UEE Navy, TFX was built on a single principle: those forsaken by empires will find strength in each other.
Harlocke’s personal crusade — to strike the rich and powerful, and give back to the forgotten — attracted like-minded outlaws, exiles, smugglers, and mercenaries. What began as a lone pirate captain and a scarred Constellation Andromeda soon grew into a network of raiders, traders, and freedom-seekers, united under one banner:
“Live by the Code. Die by the Code.”
Manifesto
⚓ Do you feel abandoned by the Empire?
⚓ Do you despise corporations that bleed the stars dry?
⚓ Do you want freedom, fortune, and a family that never forgets its own?
Then the Fallen X Syndicate calls to you.
We are not common cutthroats. We are outlaws with purpose. We strike fear into tyrants, seize wealth from the bloated, and bring hope to the forgotten. We live by our code, and we die by it.

Preamble
We, the forsaken, cast aside by the Empire and forgotten by the corporations, do hereby unite under the banner of the Fallen X Syndicate. We are pirates, but not without honor. We are outlaws, but not without purpose. We pledge our lives to the Code, and to each other.
Article I — The Code
Strike the Corrupt
We prey upon the UEE, the corporations, slavers, and profiteers.
Spare the Innocent
Civilians and small traders are not our quarry.
Share the Spoils
Wealth is divided fairly among the Syndicate, with portions reserved for the forgotten and forsaken.
Loyalty Above All
Betrayal is punishable only by death.
Article II — Leadership
The Harlocke serves as the Captain of Captains, guiding the Syndicate’s course.
The Reapers serve as lieutenants, commanding fleets, overseeing raids, and enforcing the Code.
The Corsairs serve as seasoned crew, mentors, and strike leaders.
The Wraiths serve as scouts, smugglers, and information brokers.
The Fallen are initiates who must prove their loyalty through trials.
Article III — Oath of the Fallen
Every recruit must swear:
“I live by the Code. I die by the Code. My fate is tied to the Syndicate. My blade, my ship, and my soul belong to the Fallen X.”
Article IV — Conduct
Raids must follow the Code.
Spoils are logged and distributed under Syndicate law.
Loyalty disputes are resolved by trial before the Reapers.
Cowardice and treachery are death sentences.
Article V — Destiny
The Fallen X Syndicate seeks not merely wealth, but legend. Our destiny is to carve our names into the void, to be remembered not as marauders, but as the avengers of the forsaken.
So it is written. So it shall be lived.
