There are no spectators here. Everyone in Demolition serves a role, holds a line, or breaks one. We’re not for everyone. We’re not trying to be.
We don’t chase fame. We don’t need recognition.
We leave results.

1. Do not be rude or disrespectful towards others. This includes using racist, homophobic, hateful, or otherwise bigoted speech.
• This includes using words such as “gay” in a derogatory manner or using any variations of slurs or alluding to them, even in a joking manner.
• Do not bait, provoke, threaten, harass, witch hunt, introduce drama, or reveal personal information.

2. Be cautious when introducing conversations regarding controversial or sensitive topics (such as gender, sexuality, religion, politics, race, etc.). These discussions can quickly turn to heated debates, which are not welcome in this organization. Do not post content which references restricted substances or illegal/dangerous activities.

3. Community members should strive for a certain level of quality in their messages. Each channel has a topic that should be followed.
• Single word/letter/emoji messages, begging, repeated message formatting, excessive media dumping, encouraging rule breaking, and low-effort messages are discouraged.
• Do not attempt to bypass the filter or repeatedly trigger the filter.
• Do not engage or join users who are breaking rules. If someone is breaking the rules, it does not permit others to do so, please report this behavior instead.

4. Spoilers should be labeled appropriately using Discord’s built-in formatting, sufficiently disclosing what topic is being covered. Repeated spoiler tag usage unrelated to its intended purpose violates rule 3.

5. Do not request, post, or disclose piracy information, links, or intent. Follow all of the Rules and Regulations from RSI.

6. NSFW, sexually suggestive, disturbing, and explicit content are prohibited in this organization.
• This rule applies to anything associated with your account, such as avatars, usernames, nicknames, statuses, images, and discussions in both text and voice channels.

7. Please limit and be reasonable with the promotion of content. Discord server / Organization advertisements are never allowed, including indirect advertising and via DMs. Do not excessively promote content in this organization, do not beg for exposure/subscribers/views, and keep it relevant to the channel you’re posting it in!

8. All content and messages in this organization are to be in English, with exceptions for very common words or phrases at Staff discretion.

9. Usernames, nicknames, and media must not interfere with expected Discord formatting or behavior.
• Usernames and nicknames which cause confusion or hinder moderation are prohibited, including impersonating other users or pretending to be an official, bot, or Staff member.
• Media that behaves differently when opened in a browser, media that crashes Discord clients, and any other media that causes non-standard behavior are prohibited.

10. Do not ping Officials or Community Influencers who are not currently active in chat.

11. Having multiple or alternate accounts is not allowed.
