  1. Charter for The Crimson Horns

### Article I: Name
The name of this organization shall be The Crimson Horns, herein referred to as “the Company.”

### Article II: Purpose
The purpose of The Crimson Horns shall be to facilitate intergalactic import and export operations, providing a platform for trade across multiple planetary systems while ensuring compliance with all relevant intergalactic trade laws and regulations.

### Article III: Objectives
1. To establish a robust supply chain for the importation of goods from various planets.
2. To enhance export opportunities for local producers, enabling them to reach a wider market.
3. To ensure the safe and efficient transit of goods, minimizing delays and losses.
