History

ORIGINS OF CORVUS CORSOS

“From embers to flame, we rise.”

THE BIRTH OF BROTHERHOOD (2947–2949)

The roots of Corvus Corsos trace back to the Ashana Conflict, an unreported border skirmish between several rogue private military contractors (PMCs) in the unclaimed fringe of the Pyro system. Amidst the chaos, a small group of unaffiliated pilots banded together to survive — not for glory, but for each other.

Led by a veteran tactician known only by his callsign “Pooks”, the squad was a ragtag mix of former navy officers, freelancers, and greenhorns. Despite limited resources and no centralized command, they began to make a name for themselves through disciplined tactics, coordinated strikes, and an unshakable loyalty to one another.

The turning point came in the Battle of Rift Point, where the squad held off a force three times their size to protect a civilian convoy caught in the crossfire. This act of selflessness — at great personal cost — became the spiritual foundation of what would soon become the Corvus Corsos.

FROM FIRE, UNITY (2950–2952)

After the events in Pyro, the surviving pilots scattered across the UEE — but bonds forged in fire don’t fade. They reconnected via encrypted channels, starting as a loose coalition of likeminded players across Stanton, Crusader, and Hurston space.

By 2950, the group had formalized. Inspired by both their shared past and a desire to forge a better kind of fighting force, Corvus Corsos was officially founded. The name was chosen to symbolize fierce loyalty burning through the darkness of lawlessness and betrayal.

Recruitment began slowly but intentionally: not based on stats or ships, but on character. Pilots were vetted not only for their skill, but for their integrity, team ethic, and sense of humor. Training routines were built. Divisions formed. A command structure took shape — but one that emphasized respect over rank, and purpose over prestige.

RISING THROUGH THE VERSE (2953–2955)

By 2953, Corvus Corsos had earned a respected reputation throughout Stanton. In joint operations and PvP drills, they became known not just for their effectiveness, but for their sportsmanship — giving opponents a good fight and often a fair word after.

Whether in XenoThreat defense, Jumptown showdowns, or Ghost Hollow extractions, Corvus Corsos squads earned a name as a reliable, balanced, and skilled force. They refused to resort to cheap tactics or exploit bugs, holding the line even when it meant losing an objective with honor intact.

Their growing presence began to attract attention — and challenge. Rival orgs tested them, merc groups tried to outplay them, but the Corsos adapted, learned, and came back sharper every time. The motto “Honor in the Verse. Strength in Unity.” wasn’t just words — it was culture.

In 2955, Corvus Corsos began its most ambitious expansion: building a true cross-sector presence, uniting combat divisions, trade specialists, recon teams, and logistics support into a single high-functioning machine — while still preserving their soul: fun, fairness, and brotherhood.

TODAY AND BEYOND (2955– )

Now operating from forward bases across Stanton and reaching into Nyx and Pyro, Corvus Corsos stands as a beacon of what an org can be in the chaos of the modern ‘verse: organized but welcoming, skilled but humble, and always ready to fly — together.

Its members span time zones, playstyles, and roles — but they share one code:

“No one flies alone. No shortcuts. No dishonor. Eyes up. Shields forward.”

Corvus Corsos is not just surviving — it’s thriving. And its next chapter is being written every day, by the ones who choose to carry its flame.

Manifesto

CORVUS CORSOS MANIFESTO

“Honor in the Verse. Strength in Unity.”

WHO WE ARE

We are Corvus Corsos — a united force of pilots, explorers, traders, and warriors who believe in the power of comradery, fair play, fun, and competitive spirit. We’re not just another org — we’re a brotherhood and sisterhood forged in the void, where trust is earned, skills are sharpened, and every member has a voice.

We come from different backgrounds, different skill levels, and different parts of the ‘verse — but in the cockpit, on the ground, or in the black of space, we stand as one.

OUR CORE VALUES
✧ Comradery

We build bonds stronger than titanium. Whether you’re flying wingtip-to-wingtip or hauling cargo across systems, you’re never alone. Respect, support, and loyalty define our interactions — no lone wolves, no egos, no drama.

✧ Fair Play

We don’t cheat. We don’t exploit. We play hard, but we play right. Honor matters, even in the lawless corners of Stanton. Our reputation is built not just on victories — but how we earn them.

✧ Fun First

We don’t forget why we play: to have a damn good time. Whether it’s a coordinated op or a spontaneous space bar fight, we bring humor, energy, and a sense of adventure to everything we do.

✧ Competitive Edge

We strive to be the best — not through arrogance, but through discipline, training, and teamwork. We challenge ourselves to improve. We embrace losses as lessons, and we celebrate wins together. Casual or hardcore — we sharpen each other.
