Founded in 2951 as a small mercenary band dedicated to protecting civilians from Vanduul attack groups, an alliance was made with a fellow organisation to create a dedicated security force for not only general escort and security needs while allowing BlackWatch to grow and make its own industrial and civilian divisions expanding its original vision and creed, while still defending any member race of the UEE from Vanduul assault, as the leading members would say “a good Vanduul is a dead one”

the original founders came together in order to ensure nobody had to go through what they did. upon meeting its then to be future members along the way, they discovered not only troops willing to do the dirty job for all the best reasons, but some of the best haulers, medics, engineers, miners and fabricators for populace support as well as defense, learning that some of their men were happy to go the extra mile and help with industry work while being ready to fire a shot at a moments notice!
