History

The Founding of the Bruins

Bruanic is a group that started off small in 2918, focusing and training to become aggressive shock troops to assist a main fleet. Boarding, infltration, squad movement and deployments were just some of the key areas that the members of Bruanic thrived in. With the support of the main fleet, the Bruins were able to quick deploy with boots on the ground.

With success, a Bruin Fleet was started

As time went on, Bruanic began to bring in pilots and support crafts in order to assist in their operations, slowly but surely growing their own fleet. With this expansion of personnel and ships, the Bruins were able to break away and begin to expand their operations to become far more independent, expanding their scope of work and success.

Where the Bruins are now

Bruanic has come a far way from it’s humble beginnings. With the fleet ever expanding, the Bruins are still focused on combat, both space and on ground. Some of the Bruins have taken on other occupations, such as mining, salvaging, and cargo hauling. Even though we all take part in multiple facets of the verse, our core is still a humble PMC group that embodies what it means to be a Bruin.

The Bruins run Capital Ship Ops on a regular basis, cargo hauls, salvaging missions, and gather for large mining expeditions as well while making sure to change things up on a regular basis to fit the needs of the Org. With new events coming out more and more frequently in the Verse, there is always something to do with Bruanic

Looking to Join the Org?

Bruanic is always looking for those who wish to join the Bruins. If you wish to join us for all manner of combat and everything else the Verse offers, please feel free to speak to one of our recruiters.

Manifesto

Bruanic has several key objectives that we focus on when in the Verse:
  • Be respectful to one another and respond to your fellow Bruins
  • Don’t provoke others in the Verse, but respond with overwhelming force
  • Be willing to join for Org Events, the more the merrier

COMBAT

Originally, the Bruins were focused on FPS combat. Infiltrating ships, bunkers, or how to counter hostiles in the verse.
With the growth of Bruanic, we’ve expanded out to insure that we are capable in all forms of combat, spanning from scrambling fighters to Capital ship engagements.
All will be tasked with being ready to pick up the fight, on foot and in a vehicle.
If you aren’t as versed in these aspects, the elder Bruins are here to help.

EXPLORATION

While combat is still one of the primary tenants for the Bruins, no one shies away from taking in the sites of the Verse. Sometimes the Org will group up for events to just explore the vast worlds, visit locations, and be sure to always poke around at the new locations together. (Leaving atmosphere is always breathtaking.)

SUPPORTING OCCUPATIONS

The Bruins also take part in other occupations that support the main fleet. Some Org Events are gathering everyone for Mining, Salvaging, or even just humble cargo missions.

BRUANIC INTENTIONS

1. Host Org events where all are welcomed while providing a welcoming group dynamic

2. Dedicated Squad play where everyone has a part in the action

3. Org focused tasks so that all Bruins get the best experience out in the Verse

BRUANIC MOTIVES

1. Ensure that all Bruins have the ability to be capable in all forms of combat that they wish to be proficient in

2. Explore the Verse as a group and experience all that it offers.

3. Provide a place for all Bruins to have Collaboration and teamwork

BRUANIC VIEWS

  • We are primarily a PMC Group, not pirates. We do not grief others in the Verse, but will respond in force if we are fired upon first.
  • Do not engage in toxic behavior when in the verse
  • All Bruins help one another

Charter

WHAT IS BRUANIC?

We are a group of Bruins who want to explore the verse while keeping our combat senses sharp and ready. Whether we are exploring, or setting out to engage our enemies, Bruanic stands ready

Code of Conduct

The Bruins are more that just others out in the Verse and we hold ourselves to a higher standard:
  1. Be respectful to others around you, especially those you engage with out in the Verse.
  2. Hate towards others will not be tolerated, this includes Racism, sexism, ect.
  3. The members of Bruanic are all +18 years of Age. As such, we will require that all members of the Org who wish to join also be above 18 years of age as well.
  4. We are people too. We in Bruanic understand that sometimes being a goof or giving each other a hard time is part of the process in organizations, feel free to be expressive as long as we all can have a good time and respect one another.
  5. To the point above, when we are on mission, it is go time. Comms will be cleared and it will be expected that you will lock in to ensure the best of Squad interations.

Our Mission

In the Verse, possibilities are endless. Bruanic is a group dedicated to the craft of combat while exploring the Verse and everything it has to offer.
With such a vast amount of things to do, we will also make sure that we are combat ready and set to venture out.

Bruanic Ranks

These are the rankings The Goddess gave the knights, along with a blessing to help them advance through the rankings.

  • [Bruanic Usus Arctos] Bruins who have proven they are the greatest that Bruanic has to offer. Their achievements are not to be taken lightly and their respect earned has given them the ability to command the other Bruins on missions.
  • [Bruanic Ursus] Bruins who have earned the right to lead larger flight wings and large scale ships. Their skills and experience have earned them the right to follow and lead on large scale combat missions, leaders who were born to be followed.
  • [Ursa Majoris] Bruins who accel on missions with their fellow squad mates and have proven to be capable of leading the charge. Taking smaller squads, medium sized ships, or even a handful of fighters, they effectively can lead their comrades to victory.
  • [Ursa Minoris] Bruins that have become full-fledged members of the Org with full access to all resources to assist in their missions. These members are effective squad mates who fill out our ranks and through the test of time can become squad leaders.
  • [Bruin Foundling] Bruins who have passed the probationary period and have proven that they are willing to join the Org full time. These members are ready to do all they can.
  • [Bruin Cub] Probationary Bruins who are fresh to the Org or are affiliated with another but still want to participate in Org Events. All of these members are welcome and those who wish to join the Bruins full time can request further advancement in the ranks.
