2955 – Formation of The Black Orbit Organization.

Founded in 2955, Black Orbit Organization was established by a cadre of elite mercenaries driven by a shared vision: to bring precision, discipline, and profitability to high-risk operations across the verse. Built on the principles of professionalism and tactical excellence, Black Orbit operates as a Private Military Corporation with a firm foothold in both combat and economic ventures. The organization is structured around two core divisions:

  • Black Orbit Security — specializing in high-value asset protection, bounty hunting, ground and space-based combat operations, and strategic force deployment.
  • Black Orbit Industry — handling resource acquisition, cargo logistics, engineering, and financial infrastructure to sustain operations and drive growth.

Together, these two arms form a self-sufficient and agile force capable of thriving in the most volatile regions of space. Black Orbit is actively recruiting for both our Security and Industry divisions. We’re looking for ambitious individuals ready to step into leadership roles and help shape the future of our organization.

Experience level or hangar size doesn’t matter here. Whether you’re a veteran pilot or just setting foot in the verse, what we value most is commitment, teamwork, and a drive to grow. If you’re ready to lead, learn, and leave your mark, Black Orbit is ready to have you.

Community Rules for Black Oribt

  1. Respect Above All Treat all members with respect, regardless of background, identity, experience, or fleet size. Discrimination, harassment, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated—this is a space for everyone.
  2. Inclusivity Matters We’re committed to fostering an inclusive community where players of all identities and walks of life feel welcome. Black Orbit thrives on diversity, and we believe every voice strengthens our team.
  3. No Experience Required New pilots and seasoned veterans are equally valued. Commitment, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are what count most here—not how many ships are in your hangar.
  4. Chain of Command Respect the leadership structure during missions and meetings. Our efficiency depends on clear communication and coordinated roles.
  5. Play Your Role Contribute to your chosen division—Security or Industry—and support its goals. From combat pilots to logistics coordinators, every position is vital.
  6. Keep Comms Clear Use appropriate channels for mission coordination, casual conversation, and questions. Especially during operations, stay sharp and purposeful on comms.
  7. No Piracy or Griefing (Unless Org-Sanctioned) All actions must align with the organization’s goals and values. If you’re part of black ops or gray-area missions, make sure they’re authorized.
  8. Stay Active, Stay Connected Real life always comes first, but staying involved helps the community thrive. Join missions, attend training, and participate in Discord when you can.
  9. Handle Conflict Constructively Disagreements happen—resolve them respectfully and privately. Leadership is always available to help mediate when needed.
  10. No Exploits or Cheating We play fair. Cheating or using third-party tools that violate Star Citizen’s ToS is grounds for removal.
  11. Have Fun & Build Together Above all, we’re here to enjoy the verse. Whether you’re flying missions, hauling cargo, or just chatting in hangar chat—bring your best and enjoy the journey.

Founded in 2955, Black Orbit Organization exists to provide a disciplined, inclusive, and self-sufficient force within the Star Citizen universe. We operate as a Private Military Corporation, balancing combat readiness with industrial strength to thrive in both lawful and volatile sectors of space.

Article I – Mission Statement

Black Orbit is committed to excellence in security operations and industrial logistics. Our mission is to protect, provide, and prosper—through strategic deployment, resource mastery, and unwavering unity.

Article II – Core Values

Discipline – We operate with precision and professionalism.

Integrity – We uphold honor in all actions, lawful or otherwise.

Inclusivity – We welcome all Citizens, regardless of experience, background, or hangar size.

Loyalty – We stand by our members and our mission.

Growth – We foster leadership, learning, and personal development.

Article III – Organizational Structure

1. High Command Oversees strategic direction, diplomacy, and internal governance.

2. Black Orbit Security Handles combat operations, bounty contracts, escort missions, and tactical deployments.

3. Black Orbit Industry Manages mining, trading, logistics, and economic infrastructure.

4. Division Leaders Appointed to lead and grow their respective branches, mentor members, and coordinate operations.

Article IV – Membership

Open to all players regardless of experience or fleet size.

Members are expected to uphold the org’s values and participate respectfully.

Leadership opportunities are available to those who demonstrate initiative and reliability.

Article V – Code of Conduct
Respect all members and allies.

Follow the chain of command during operations.

No unauthorized piracy, griefing, or cheating.

Use comms responsibly and maintain operational discipline.

Resolve conflicts constructively and privately.

Article VI – Amendments

This charter may be amended by a majority vote of High Command and Division Leaders, with input from the broader membership.
