The Ashguard Initiative commits to serving and assisting others in Star Citizen, while embracing all facets of gameplay. Our goal is to create a supportive and dynamic community that enhances the experience for all players.
History
Founded in 2955 the Ashguard Initiative quickly became a home for it’s members. Built upon the idea that we will not be constrained by a single lifestyle within the verse, we have opted to embrace all walks of life. If you want to spend your days hunting down criminals in bunkers, or rescuing your fellow citizens from disaster, even if your goal is to establish trade routes within the many systems, there is a place for all within the Initiative . We are led by a group of 16 members known as “the Council” they coordinate with one another to ensure that all members of the Initiative our treated fairly and equally, regardless of the path they walk. Members of the Initiative are not required to contribute any specific amount of their time to the organization, asking only that you assist with operations when you are available. Through the flames of adversity the Ashguard have risen and now they stand tall, ready to fight for what they have created.

Our Purpose
The stars are vast, and in their silence, chaos thrives. Pirates, corporations, and corrupt powers exploit the unprotected. The Ashguard Initiative rises as a beacon of order and resolve. We are not bound to empire or corporation—we are bound to each other, to our word, and to the unshakable belief that unity in action can shape the galaxy’s destiny.

Our Vision
The Ashguard Initiative will be known across the systems as a force of balance: mercenaries who choose principle over coin, explorers who chart paths for others to follow, and guardians who stand firm where chaos encroaches.

Charter
Preamble
The Ashguard Initiative was founded on the belief that integrity and resolve can endure where chaos and corruption spread.
We exist not as conquerors, but as guardians — a shield for the vulnerable, a force for stability, and a voice for accountability in the ‘verse.
This Charter sets forth our oath, our mission, and our code.
Mission & Purpose
Ashguard exists to safeguard life, order, and opportunity in the ‘verse.
We pursue this mission through:
• Rescue & Aid – Providing emergency response and medical assistance.
• Security & Defense – Standing as a shield against threats to our members, allies, and civilians.
• Logistics & Support – Supplying the backbone of operations through transport, infrastructure, and sustainment.
• Advocacy & Integrity – Acting with fairness and honor in all dealings.
Structure
The Phoenix Academy – Training, mentorship, and the forging of recruits into Ashguard.
Logistics Corps – Miners, haulers, salvagers, and quartermasters who fuel the fire.
Combat Divisions – Ground, air, and space units who answer every threat with precision.
Rescue & Medical – The shield that saves lives where others see only loss.
Communications & Outreach – Voices that carry our purpose across the galaxy.
Ranks
Ashguard follows the rank structure outlined in our wiki:
• Council of Command – The leadership body guiding strategy and oversight.
• Ranks – Earned through merit, consistency, and loyalty; never given freely.
Code Of Conduct
Members of Ashguard are expected to uphold:
• Professionalism – Respect allies, civilians, and even enemies.
• Discretion – Operational matters remain internal.
• Unity – Ashguard does not abandon its own.
• Zero Exploitation – Abuse, corruption, or dishonor results in dismissal.
Diplomacy
Ashguard maintains independence.
Alliances are accepted only when they align with our ethics and do not compromise autonomy.
Entities engaged in terrorism or systemic exploitation will be treated as hostile.
Closing Tenet
