Through countless missions, ranging from disaster relief and diplomatic escorts to scientific exploration, the Fleet has earned its reputation as a steadfast guardian of life and peace. Today, The Anmut Expeditionary Medical Fleet continues its legacy, committed to supporting all who travel the stars, and forging alliances in the spirit of unity and discovery.

Charter

Enacted by Fleet Command, Stardate May 28th, 2955.

Preamble

In accordance with the guiding principles of peace, service, and interstellar cooperation, The Anmut Expeditionary Medical Fleet (AEMF) hereby establishes this Charter as the foundational directive governing all Fleet operations, conduct, and membership.

Article I – Mission Directive

The core mission of the AEMF is threefold:

Heading Three*Medical Aid:*
  • To provide compassionate, immediate, and impartial medical assistance to all sentient beings in need, regardless of allegiance or affiliation.

Heading Three*Diplomatic Engagement:*
  • To foster peaceful relations and inter-organizational cooperation through non-aggressive diplomacy and neutral mediation.

Scientific Exploration:
  • To pursue knowledge and understanding of the universe through ethical research, planetary survey, and deep-space exploration.

Article II – Code of Conduct

  • All members of the Fleet shall uphold the following behavioral standards:
  • Act with honor, integrity, and mutual respect in all interactions.
  • Maintain professionalism in both internal operations and public engagement.
  • Reject and report any form of piracy, griefing, harassment, or bigotry.
  • Adhere to lawful protocols in accordance with UEE and interstellar law.
  • Offer aid without expectation of personal gain, and never exploit the vulnerable.

Article III – Chain of Command

Members shall recognize and defer to the established command structure. Orders from superior officers are to be followed unless in violation of law or ethics. Disputes shall be addressed through formal review processes led by Fleet Command.

Heading TwoArticle IV – Membership Expectations

Fleet personnel are expected to:

  • Participate in missions and training when available.
  • Represent the Fleet’s values during all public engagements.
  • Continuously improve personal skills, teamwork, and leadership potential.
  • Uphold the dignity of the uniform, both in spirit and action.

Article V – Enforcement

Violations of this Charter are subject to disciplinary review. Outcomes may include counseling, suspension of duties, or dismissal from the Fleet, depending on severity and circumstances. All members have the right to fair review under Fleet oversight.
