History
In the early days of online warfare and digital worlds, four dedicated gamers found themselves constantly crossing paths across lobbies, guilds, and ranked matches. Each brought something unique to the table — sharp aim, strategic thinking, relentless drive, and an unshakable belief in the power of community. Tired of the toxicity, drama, and disorganization that plagued so many clans and gaming groups, they made a decision: to build something better. Not just a team, but a true faction — one built on the pillars of teamwork, competition, and camaraderie.
They envisioned a place where players weren’t judged by their K/D ratio or gear score, but by their attitude, effort, and willingness to uplift those around them. A space where casual gamers could find chill squads to run with after work, and hardcore players could sharpen their skills in competitive environments. Their goal was simple but powerful — to create an organization that supported its members across a wide range of games, from FPS and MMOs to RPGs and more, while encouraging connection, growth, and mutual respect.
What began as a tight-knit squad of four has grown into a thriving faction — a sanctuary for gamers of all backgrounds and skill levels. Here, it’s not about who you were before you joined — it’s about who you become when you’re part of something bigger. Whether you’re logging in for a quick match or grinding through a marathon session, the spirit of the founding members lives on in every coordinated strike, every shared laugh, and every victory earned together.

Charter
General Rules:
1: By joining, you agree to both the RSI Terms of Service, Discord Terms of Service and our rules.
2: Be respectful and friendly at all times.
3: Profiles (avatars, names, “About Me”, etc) must not contain offensive, harmful, or protected content, nor may they be used to impersonate others.
Content and Behavior:
4: No racist, sexist, extremist, adult, violent, drug-related, or illegal content (including nicknames, avatars, messages, links, etc.). Violations will result in an immediate ban.
5: Slander, trolling, insults, and harassment are strictly prohibited.
6: Self-promotion (links, videos, channels) is only allowed with prior permission from the org/discord owners/moderators.
7: Do not harass users with higher ranks, whether on the server or via private messages/friend requests.
8: Private conversations should remain private.
9: No spamming, excessive capslock, or excessive use of graphics/GIFs. Avoid “WhatsApp-style” messages (short, fragmented text).
10: Respect ongoing conversations—don’t interrupt.
11: Provocative discussions or debates are not allowed.
12: Don’t expose others publicly or invade their privacy.
13: Never share personal information (address, phone number, etc.) with people you don’t know. Sharing private data is prohibited.
14: Stick to the relevant channel topics and keep conversations on-topic.
15: Encouraging rule violations is forbidden.
16: Officers, Admins and moderators have the final say in all matters.
17: Political, religious, or other sensitive topics are NOT allowed. Keep the real world OUT.
18: No Baiting Conversations, No Griefing allowed at ANY TIME.
