History Manifesto Charter

History

Founded the 20th of April 2955 All Trade Corporation personal testimonies and collective stories of how ATC was formed.
  • Din-Solo (President and Founder) – “I was following a lead on long thought lost treasure, knowledge passed down to me from my Ex-Navy Grandfather” The alignment Site Vivere on Aberdeen was a lot more hostile then I anticipated, I’m sure glad I ran into these guys”
  • Rhymhoont (Head of Mining Division)- “I was on call trying to mine for this rare Karen gem down on the moon of Aberdeen, some rare new mineral found down in a collapsed cave that was thought to solve this regen crisis, I was going to make a fortune! Well then, I saw this sorry sap of a captain crash his Polaris and well… things got wild from that point on”
  • Talawepi (Head of Security)- “Work was starting to pickup ever since the emergence of this regen crisis. I was hoping it was going to be a somewhat calm day, but when I got into the office. My Spectrum calls were going off like crazy. Apparently, some hot-shot Polaris Captain crashed it on Aberdeen around the abandoned Vivere Orbital Laser Platform location, and to top it off Pirates were beginning to harass the miners at the location. I rallied my security team and set off to intercept.”
  • Dragon_Fury(Head of Marketing/culture and Transport)- “Look its LEGAL salvage, that stuff has been abandoned for a long time, I was just looking for a free easy score after getting out of Klescher. I didn’t want anything crazy to happen OK!”

The Foundation

All Trades Corporation at its core is an organization of mutual understanding. Understanding that its better to NOT go it alone, and to have some friends around you….for security. Mutual understands that the verse is a big and beautiful place and better enjoyed with friends, and a mutual understanding that greater heights can be achieved when working together. This sentiment is exemplified in the foundation of ATC by our founders. Who, on the 20th of April 2955, four different people from four different walks of life came together to start something great. This is the culmination of their story.

Early on April 20th 2955 before Stanton shown her shiny face over the surface of Aberdeen, Din-Solo was at work hacking and rewiring his way through the damaged computers on the alignment facilities of Vivere trying to uncover the location of long-lost treasure…. An Aegis Idris-K The “Daddy-Shark” a long thought lost Naval vessel from back during Din’s great grandfather’s days of service with the UEEN. At the same time a renowned miner and tradesmen Rhymhoont was nearby attempting to gather Caranite for the regen crisis, while security contractor Talawepi was en-route, responding to increased pirate activity in the area. While an Ex-Marine Dragon_Fury was un-knowingly withing throwing distance of Din-Solo, who was there “legally” salvaging ship debris. These four individuals would quickly learn to work together to get Din-Solo’s crashed RSI Polaris up and running before a notorious Pirate gang known as the “Harbingers of Liberty” would successfully make off with their lives and their stuff.


Dragon_Fury begins working his way into what he thinks is an abandoned Polaris, striping the fuses and components from the ship when Din-Solo walks in on the unsuspecting Salvager, with a gun drawn Din proclaims “Hay, what do you think your doing?” To which Dragon replies “Look its LEGAL salvage, that stuff has been abandoned for a long time, I was just looking for a free easy score after getting out of Klescher. I aint try’in to start no trouble ok!” After a short exchange Din explains the ship is not long abandoned and he crashed on the planet while looking for something. While this is happening the Harbinger Pirate Gang arrives in the area and begins assaulting EVERYONE. Under duress Dragon and Din scramble to try and get the ship systems up and running in the Polaris to try and defend themselves. When it seems, all hope is lost and the pirate gang is about to bare down on them, a miner named Rhymhoont appeared on the bridge, with a calm but raspy voice he settles the nerves of the captain and ex-marine and explains he been watching the whole thing go down since Din arrived in the morning. Explaining he was trying to work his way into a collapsed cave to mines its valuables. But when he saw the crash, he started heading his way over to land a hand because “It’s the right thing to do” while explaining his story Rhymhoont was pulling and plugging away at buttons and wires, and to Din and Dragons amazement the ship was slowly receiving power. Rhymhoont says he needs them to old off a little while longer, while he finishes the repairs. But without any major ordinance… the crew was still doomed. Just then the comms light begins flashing on the bridge of the Polaris; “Security officer Talawepi on the line, I received a distress beacon from this location please respond.” Din solo grabs the comm and quickly replies “Hey Officer Talawepi, yea we are in bit of a bind. We got Pirate bearing down on us and we need some heat off our backs while we finish repairs.” Talawepi replies in turn comm static crackles over the net “That’s a good copy; my team and I will do our best to keep them off you while you finish repairs.”


From that point the Polaris crew rushes to finish repairs while Talawepi and his security fend off the pirate aggressors, unfortunately it’s never that easy. Talawepi and his team were no match for the professionalism and lethality of “The Harbinger of Liberty” Talawepi’s entire squadron was destroyed and Talawepi himself was downed and wounded on the surface of Aberdeen. Fortunately the time Talawepi won was enough, enough to get the Polaris operational, repel the pirate attackers and retreat… but not before; a large boarding ramp drops down next to a downed Hornet on the sand dunes of Aberdeen, Din and Dragon pull a body out of the Hornet, Din says calmly to the unconscious man “Its alright buddy we got you, its time for us to return the favor, thanks for everything Talawepi.


After recovering Talawepi and retreating from the location, Din-Solo ponders a reality he knows to be true…. He succeeded, he found the location on Vivere of the lost Aegis Idris-K “Daddy-Shark” and the reality he knows, if he is to operate such a ship, he needs a crew. So thus, All Trades Corporation was born… The rest is history…

Charter

Charter of All Trade Corporation
UEE AUTHORIZED CHARTER ENDORSMENT: SPE7LX-RRCM-DG009 ||| APPOINTMENT: All Solutions Service Contractor.

ARTICLE I. Name and Location-
A. The name of this organization shall be All Trade Corporation. The principal office shall be located at Area 18 on ArcCorp in the Stanton System.

ARTICLE II. Objectives-
A. The organization’s purpose shall be to create an environment of diversity in all trades that can be found in the Universe. No matter the trade such as cargo running, mercenary/bounty hunting, mining, or any other specialty, All Trade Corporation provides a vertical integration system that allows for all to support and benefit each other. Our advanced “All Solutions Matching Program,” enables us to pair our clients with the best sub-division(s) to fulfil our customer’s needs.

ARTICLE III. Membership-
A. Membership into All Trade Corporation shall be non-restrictive and be open to all genders, religions, races and creeds. Regardless of whether that Member be Human, Banu, Xian or Tevarin. All members will be required to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful towards all life across Stanton and upholds the organization values set forth by the leadership of All Trade. Members will take extra care when dealing with one another within All Trade so that we elevate each other to greater heights, making the organization stronger.

ARTICLE IV. President, CEO and Officers/Board Members-
A. The President/CEO of all Trade shall be Din-Solo, the president has the right to appoint a successor or hold a vote to appoint a new president into office.
1a. If a Board of Director can provide sufficient evidence as to a breach of office conducted by the President, That Director may then initiate a vote within the Board of Directors/officers to remove the president from office. This then will initiate a new vote for president, drawing candidates from the Board of Directors, to be voted on by the members of All Trade Corporation.
B. Board of Directors/Officers shall be appointed by the president. The Board of Directors positions required to be filled within All Trade are:
1. Treasurer/Quartermaster – Appointed: Talawepi
2. Head of Marketing and Culture – Appointed: Dragon_Fury
3. Piranha Squadron Lead- Head of Salvage Operations – Appointed: Din-Solo
4. Security Division – Appointed: Talawepi
5. Minning Division – Appointed: Rhymhoont
6. Cargo&Transport Division – Appointed: Dragon_Fury
7. Operations Division – Appointed: Din-Solo

1b. Officers will be appointed by the president and support-officers (officers that powers extend only within their given sub-division) will be appointed by the president or the residing Board of Director.

C. Leadership expectations- Leaders are expected to hold themselves to a higher standard and must uphold the Company’s values while in Stanton, furthermore a Director/Officer is expected to perform all duties of their appointed position. The officers will be prepared to provide assistants to members when needed, especially when it pertains to a matter of the officer’s duties, if the officer can’t assist the member the officer will give the member to the correct Director within the Organization for help.

Article V. Finances and Profit-
One of the main Pillars of All Trade Corporation is making a large sum of (A)UEC and growing assets. This section will outline generating profit and distributing it among its members within All Trade.
A. Generating profit- Profit will be mainly generated on an individual basis, meaning you are free to go about your business in the verse keeping your profits for yourself, All Trade is here to help you grow in knowledge and skill hopefully increasing the profit members generate. Individual earnings may be “donated” to the Organization, which in turn grants the member special perks for reaching donation goals. Outlined in Article 5, section A, sub section 1a. The Organization will also keep its owns (A)UEC and assets, which will be held by the appointed treasurer. The organization will supply its coffers from the following sources: Funds generated from Org events such as Align and Mine or Storm Breaker, funds generated from member donations and funds generated from operation duties/contract fulfillment.
1a. Member rewarding – Member participation in Org events and donation contributions will be tracked. These contributions allow the members to requisite more supplies from the Treasurer through our Quartermaster System. Further details on rewards can be found in Article V, Section A, subsection B.
B. Distribution of profit- All Trade Corporation will distribute financial compensation to its members mainly using the three following methods:
1) Event completion payout, members will be paid by president or treasurer following the successful completion of an Org event, once final sales have been completed. They payout will go to those who were present during attendance recording/late comers to an events participation requires acknowledgement from a Board of Director.
2) Member requisition- Members requisition a stipend from the Treasurer. The treasurer may approve or deny the request, if denied the member may request a reconsideration, which then final approval is passed to the president.
3.) Corporation profit sharing- The President with the Treasurer must come to an agreed upon decision once a quarter if ATC is to receive a profit-sharing payout. If approved, then the agreed upon percentage of profit sharing is equally split among all ACTIVE members during that quarter. Active meaning participation in at least (2) Org events during that quarter.

C. Company assets and requisitions- The Treasurer will not only hold (A)UEC but assets and commodities as well. (I.e. Railguns, Ship weapons, Vehicle systems, FPS armor and commodities and consumables) These items may be requested at the will of the members if their contributions and activity match the request. Foremost ATC is here to help its members, if something we have can help a member in their trade, we are usually more than happy to land a helping hand. Article VI. Resilience of All Trade Corporation-
This charter establishes the code of conduct and bylaws by which all members of All Trade Corporation must follow. From this point forth, the rules are concrete and any amendments, additions or takeaways from this Charter must be agreed upon by majority leadership vote within ATC.
This Article proclaims the establishment of All Trade Corporation as an All-Solutions Service Contractor within the United Earth Empire. The Board of Directors has hereby sworn that the documentations and practices of and within All Trade Corporation are truthful and uphold the laws and values of the UEE, and then for agrees to submit itself to search and review by the UEE Navy and its investigating agencies as outlined by the provisions set forth by the UEE government.
