True Collective emerged in 2953, founded by the enterprising Rican_Playa with the support of SMB, a renowned interstellar conglomerate. The vision was clear: to create a dynamic organization specializing in salvage, exploration, and trade. Despite being a young company, True Collective’s rapid rise in reputation and capability is a testament to its founder’s leadership and the resources provided by SMB.

The Formation (2953)
In early 2953, Rican_Playa, an experienced pilot and strategist, identified a growing need for efficient and ethical salvage operations within the Stanton system. With SMB’s backing, True Collective was formed to bridge the gap between chaotic debris recovery efforts and the demand for salvaged materials. Starting with a small team of skilled salvagers and a few Drake Vultures, the organization quickly proved its worth by completing several high-profile salvage contracts.

Early Triumphs (2953-2954)
The company’s first major success came in mid-2953 during an operation in the Yela asteroid belt, where True Collective recovered rare and valuable components from a derelict merchant fleet. This high-stakes mission earned the organization both recognition and lucrative partnerships with Stanton-based manufacturers.

Simultaneously, True Collective began establishing its exploration and trade divisions, venturing into uncharted systems to scout wreckage sites and secure trade opportunities. By the close of its founding year, the organization had already expanded its fleet, adding Aegis Reclaimers for large-scale salvage and MISC Freelancer ships for trade missions.

True Collective Member Code of Conduct
As a member of True Collective, you represent an organization built on teamwork, integrity, and professionalism. To maintain our reputation and ensure the success of our operations, all members are expected to abide by the following rules:

1. Respect Fellow Members
Treat all members with respect, regardless of rank or role.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
Disputes should be resolved respectfully or escalated to leadership if necessary.

2. Uphold Operational Discipline
Follow mission protocols and directives during salvage, exploration, and trade operations.
Work collaboratively to ensure the safety and success of the team.
Avoid reckless behavior that endangers ships, cargo, or crew.

3. Adhere to Salvage Ethics
Claiming wreckage: Honor our agreements with SMB and other organizations when salvaging wrecks. Do not interfere with lawful salvage claims made by others.
Unauthorized piracy is strictly prohibited. We salvage, explore, and trade ethically.
If disputes over salvage arise, prioritize diplomacy and involve leadership if needed.

4. Maintain Confidentiality
Keep sensitive information regarding missions, trade routes, and organizational plans within the organization.
Sharing internal details with non-members without permission is prohibited.

5. Protect the Reputation of True Collective
Act professionally when interacting with external parties, including other organizations and individual players.
Any hostile actions against allied or neutral parties must be approved by leadership.
